    Your story is incredible Kirsty! Thank you so much for sharing!! I too struggle with OCD and it can be incredibly challenging but I have hope that things can be better through recovery and going through the process.

    Kirsty, i have also always ruminated. So much that not ruminating feels uncomfortable.

      I still find myself doing it automatically too. Part of letting time pass and accepting ocd itself is accepting the way it feels so uncontrollable but it gets easier to choose not to when you’ve broken down your beliefs
