good presentation guys. only thing from the view, protect and seal the buttons and switches because a usual 2 winters, a good chance 1 will not work properly or jam... Question?? Do you make trailers for 2 years duration or 20 years ???
I ve used a 2023 low profile and I am using a 2024 low profile now and I would like to know the difference in price from a front air lock system to the conventional bar and vertical pin system if you can please respond. Also if this trailer can be equipped with inflatable/deflatable option and if you can hook the ramps on each side of the trailer exactly at the middle point so that the weight is equally distributed front/rear/sides . I wish you will come up with a different way to lift the rear door curtain because it’s just awful to operate this system. Sometimes you just don’t have room to pull the long bar not to mention you need side room to roll it up. IMO this type of trailer/conestoga set up performs best with 35-40k lbs loads even though I can legally haul 47.200 with my truck and trailer plus equipment and that’s more than anyone else.
Hi Daniel! The price for a air lock system is about $700-800, but you have to order the air system when you order a new tarping kit. If you refer to the tire inflation system, that can be added at any time. The ramps are not heavy (aprox 250 lbs.) If you have the toolbox on one side and ramps on the other, the trailer is well balanced. If you want to add a rope and pully system to your rear curtain, we can do that in our shop.
