This excerpt is a clip from the Double concerto featuring clarinetist Yoonah Kim and violinist Stefan Jackiw engaged in a rapid-fire interchange while the strings take flight. Eventually, the single-movement piece ends in a final whisper.
Performed live by Stefan Jackiw (solo violin), Yoonah Kim (solo clarinet) and the New England Philharmonic, with Yoichi Udagawa (conductor).
