"Underoos!" Their an underwear company that have superheroes on the underwear, spiderman, batman, superman, hulk, and so on. I think the reason why he calls him that is maybe because when Tony first meets Peter, peter has a homemade spiderman suit that makes it look like he has underoos on, i hope that's the reason haha.
And that's when tony makes a new suit, with Parker making modifications like the "expressive" eyes which I think are just eyes with camera lenses that zoom in and out, which would give the viewer a hint that Parker likes and knows about photography, that would be cool.

Possibly, because it was meant to be a back up suit for if and when the main Iron Man suit, gets destroyed. Possibly, made with Stark Tech and Vibranium Weave (like Black Panther). Thus, "Underoos", and the tech noises made and visible retractions around the eye? I'm sure, the term Underoos has other implications as well, or will be explained in the movie. But that's my partial theory as to one reason it may work. That or I'm just reading too much into it. But, that's why it made sense to me. :P Also why you see what appears to be ingrained utility belt across his waste, containing what appears to be web cartridges.
