  • PiYo is an intense fitness workout on a mat. Not your typical cardio workout and not your typical mat workout. In this short, intense, 3 minute high intensity workout you'll get your heart rate up, blast your legs and core and sign along to fun music.
    This section (the Power section) usually happens about half way through a PiYo class. It's a great way to get a short, effective 3 minute blast before slowing things down for Flow.
    Make sure to warm up and cool down if you're doing this as a stand along workout.
    Watch the intro for a breakdown of the 4 moves the first time you do it, then skip ahead to the start when you come back to try it again (and again).
