Im planning on studying in toronto because my aunt and uncle live there. However, I have closely related relatives living in quebec city as well. So could you suggest which one is better to study or potentially live at? Im just curious
@Heang_ Toronto is a real city. Big city. Like NYC/Chicago/LA etc. But it's very very expensive. $3000-4000 a month minimum, just to live. Independent of your school fees, books, having fun, etc. Transit is OK. Those are the bad things. The good things: city has a famous "chill" vibe, it's a nice place. Lots to do, lots of sports and entertainment options, but most of what the city offers is for after studying, when you have more available money. QC is very pretty, old, European style, fairytale town. SUPER cold in the winter. Small, slow, laid back, but that also means pretty boring when it comes to think like sports, entertainment options, and nightlife. It will be less expensive. I didn't go to school there, but I imagine it makes a good college town. However, I don't think there are any major schools in QC that compare to the education options that Toronto has to offer.

As somone that just traveled to Canada... skip Toronto entirely, and go to Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec... etc. Toronto is just ugly and feels like any random american city.
