  • You need to watch this Toronto Travel Guide to find the best things to do in Canada to make your trip adventurous, exciting, and memorable!
I had the best time touring through the city of Toronto! Here's a trip planning guide and sample itinerary of some of the best things to do while in the city!
    1. CN Tower
    - The CN Tower was once the tallest building in the world and is open to the public for a full view of the entire city. One of the best parts about the tower was the glass floor! I'm not normally afraid of heights, but walking over the glass looking down really gave me a fright!

    2. The Hockey Hall of Fame
    - The Hockey Hall of Fame was such a cool museum for all of those crazy sports fans out there! I learned so many new things while exploring the museum, from the history of the Stanley Cup to seeing the championship rings, the hall of fame was a cool afternoon activity that you can't find anywhere else!

    3. The Distillery District
    - We went to the Christmas Markets in the Distillery District because we heard that the hot chocolate was amazing! (And we were proven right!) There were so many cute little shops and places to eat in the market area and right near there was St. Lawrence Market, which I had probably the best ravioli I've ever eaten in my entire life!

    4. Casa Loma
    - Casa Loma was my favorite things we did in Toronto! It had incredible history and it truly brought me back in time! Don't want to ruin any surprises, but make sure to check out all of the celebrities that make an appearance there! You won't want to miss them!

    5. The Toronto Aquarium
    - I love going to aquariums and learning how to protect our oceans and endangered species. This aquarium is different from others because it has a moving walkway that will let you just stand and observe while the animals swim above and all around you! Truly a must-do while in the city especially for younger children or families!

    6. The Fairmont Royal York Hotel
    - This hotel is of the highest class because this is actually where the Royal Family stays when they visit Canada! The lobby is a big open space with some hidden gems about the Royals if you walk around. Another cool feature about the hotel is that it has a bar located right inside called The Library. This was a super upscale bar but it had some of the best cocktails I've ever had!

    7. Yonge-Dundas Square
    - This is the Canadian equivalent of New York's Times Square! There are tons of shops, restaurants, and they even have all of the crazy billboards and screens on the buildings! It was such a cool little spot to check out, but I think it was awesome at night!

    8. Chinatown
    - We ventured to Chinatown for lunch one day and we had the best dumplings ever at Yummy Dumpling. Definitely check out this little area of the city for something different, and very, very tasty!
