Don’t know why you only listed and focused on Missouri side for jobs. Over 50% of the KC areas office space is in Johnson county and Johnson county also has the Largest economy too (GDP). As far as density goes, Overland Park has lower single family housing rates than kcmo and a higher density. Downtown Overland Park is very walkable. Actually a higher percentage of people walk to work in Overland Park than kcmo !! All this can be found on the us census website.

Thank you for your insightful feedback and for highlighting important aspects of the Kansas City area that weren't covered in my video. You’re absolutely right about Johnson County's significant role in the region’s economy and its appeal due to its office space, GDP, and community features like walkability in Downtown Overland Park. My focus on the Missouri side in this particular video wasn't intended to only spotlight KCMO and disregard JOCO, but more to highlight some larger businesses and I went fast on that part of the video, making it only 1 minute in total, but I appreciate your point about the balance and the importance of including comprehensive information. I’m always aiming to provide the most accurate and useful content, and comments like yours help tremendously. I'll definitely consider a follow-up video to explore and discuss the dynamic contributions of Johnson County. Thanks again for watching and taking the time to share your perspective!

It's funny how you compare a whole county to the city of Kansas City. OP will never compare to Kansas City and ks will always need Missouri. Without Kansas City, the ks suburbs would be just like every farm town in ks.

@@Lteeno_heet that’s hilarious. Kcmo has a lower population density than Overland Park and a very high murder rate. And it’s city limits are the size of a county so it’s a pretty good comparison

Johnson county Kansas has the most jobs and the highest population density in the area now. You forgot about all the white flight and segregation which is why Johnson county KS is the largest county now. Kcmo has huge crime problems

Thank you for your insightful points on the historical and social dynamics in Johnson County and Kansas City. You're right; factors like white flight have significantly influenced demographic shifts, and discussing crime is crucial for understanding community safety. I appreciate your perspective and look forward to exploring these important topics in more depth in future videos. Thanks for contributing to a meaningful conversation.
