I learned kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhaijan, then became a teacher of it. Well, I met yogi Bhajan and he was the real deal! I have just joined the New Age Movement and feel as if I am on a supersonic flight…been in now since latter part of January and doing things I couldn’t even imagine…chanting Mantras, drinking soma water, intending healings of body, mind & spirit. It’s reported that ordinary people are on the fast track of experiencing miracles and becoming permanently enlightened. I was so angry and so depressed and I screamed and yelled at God I asked him or It was why he would allow me to be badly treated by my family, people around me, etc. I could feel something overtake my body, starting with the heel and working its way up my spine, and all I can remember is how I wanted to kill myself before the actual awakening. I felt blissful and at peace during the awakening, but to cause the actual awakening, you have to go through trauma , so being autistic and treated the way I do makes me a trauma patient. Just to answer your question, I didn't cause it on purpose it was just a freak occurrence. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies.

I did torture myself. I took a bunch of kava, and it literally did what ayahuasca does to humans. I also ate a bunch of moon flower seeds and stems. I didn't care what happened to me at that point. I just wanted to leave this place badly 😢 I basically lost the will to live because nobody would help me. I'm autistic and an adult male 35 years old, so why would anyone bother to help me. Or so I thought. Anyway I am changed ever since I had that near death experience. I would say I forced a kundalini awakening on myself because I mutilated myself. Not recommended by the way.

I went thought the process of awakening that energy...It felt like liquid light, problem was I didn't do any preparation so what came next was horific. Feeling like dieing every day at least 5-6 times, beeing abale to control other bodies on the street as if they were mine, going to hell were I felt everyone on the planet wes planing to kill me, then that everyone loved me. It took me about 3 full years to get use to feeling this energy all the time moving thought my body...I tryed to get rid of it, by pushing it away from one side of my body and that side I couldn't use anymore...I understood that that is the life force. My body was very ill and this energy healed it, balanced my emotions and killed my ego, silence the mind to the point were I can stop thinking whenever I want. All my life I was looking for something but I didn't know what it was...I tryed drugs, alcohol,makeing money, haveing a carrer, becoming a athlete...nothing was filling up that emptyness and depression I had untill this energy was awaken. I mean at some point I was so afraid I put a knife in my chest and missed the heart,just to end it...the process was hell. I still don't believe I did survive all of it, but at the end I can say it save me, changed me in ways I can't describe...I'm at peace, no more loneliness,no more suffering. My arm got stuck to my face, blocking myself from breathing through my nose and mouth. I trying pulling my arm away but it was difficult.
