    Hey, it’s Gio, thanks again for the session!
    Currently 7450 mmr and still climbing.
    I have had many coaching sessions before and have done coaching for younger players as well. But what this gentlemen does is pure art.
    Apart from teaching concepts that I, as already immortal player, haven’t ever heard about for some reason, his unique ability to visualize tactics and recreate scenarios on the screen was just mind blowing to me.
    I have never gained as much mmr in such a short time after a single session and the way im winning, I can tell it’s not luck.
    10/10, I’ll come back as soon as my winrate normalizes 😁🤝

    this is much better coaching than most other videos like game leap which just say "Use spell to secure range creep" like we haven't heard that a million times already

    Very helpful video, extremely eye-opening.
    Can you please clarify how to play mid using the spell harrass method if the mid hero you choose is not equipped with an AOE spell to secure a last hit while inflicting harrass simultaneously.
    Thank you!

    do you have 2k to 16k mmr guide?

  • @emmanuelQuinton
    @emmanuelQuinton 5 дней назад +2

    The content is awesome. It's crazy to see some 5k player get destroyed like an herald, knowing he would destroy me in lane.
    Showing the skill diff is really important.
    One question though, how / what to apply this in the sidelanes.

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  5 дней назад +2

      hi, this concept is less applicable to sidelanes as it will push the lane out. Sidelanes are more about lane holding and zoning with 2v1 trades. The 'setting creep' opportunity comes from balancing wave size and only low health creeps that require 1-2 clicks for spell kill threshold into enemy harass. This is explained in one of my videos about 'How to win lane' for sidelanes ya, do give that a watch

      U need to analyze your match up bro. What hero you play vs enemy. If you get cheesed by last pick huskar or broodmother. Theres nothing you can but try to get last hits as much as possible and avoid feeding. Mid lane is highly skill and hero match up. Theres only few hero match up that are equal cmiiw. If youre hero is a tempo or can get a kill at lvl 6 then get lvl 6 asap and start ganking sidelanes while controlling the rune.

      @@romanberdichevskii5141if u face LD or Huskar mid. U better plan ahead your laning phase at the start of thr game. If your hero is capable of blinkig or has aoe farm. Try to get as much last hits as much and start ganking. U also need to communicate to your team too. Cheese picks in mid are wcyd situation. All you need to do is be patient and accept the fact that u lost or draw the lane no way can win the lane vs cheese picks hero. Even pros gets cheese at tournaments and they cant do much about it 1v1.

    The only difference i see is using shrapnel and not using shrapnel in the harrass damage, the concept is clear but sniper shrapnel is just broken it s not even fair, u hust put a feet above the other and u get shrapneled for 400 + dmg lvl 1 😂

    its crazy to see someone like this having 6k mmr mid. this is like the worst sniper mid performance in favouralble matchup i have ever seen. i would list this in 2-3k mmr.
    the guy must be doing many things right after laning, becaues this is just pure low level dota.
    thanks for sharing

      If 33/14 at exact 5 minutes is the worst you have ever seen, you must be watching nisha 24/7 😄
      But you make a good point. Mmr describes a average of every skill that is needed to win a game. My mmr explosion was due to the fixing of a bad landing stage and early game.

    coach was a bit too caught up on the facet, instead of going on and on about why the other facet is better, you should have been a bit more flexible about making the most of what was chosen

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  5 дней назад +1

      @@SmolderingSilver hi, I do move into this topic further into the video, it didn't matter what facet he picked, it was mainly how he played the lane. Watch through the front part some more and you will find that section.
