One guy was trading with me and added 1 of a ton of stupid stuff plus one good thing, which got me a bit suspicious. He then asked if the trade was fair, which with the one good item of fair value, I said yes, but I made sure to keep looking at the important item. Sure enough, right before locking he removed it and hoped that all the clutter would make me not notice. You just have to be vigilant and you will be alright, just don’t keep your eye off of things.

yeah this happened to me yesterday, lost tengen fit but im not really worried about it. I do think its dumb however that it doesnt unlock everyones trade if someone removes an item. They definitely need to consider implementing that. W video, hope this and ur channel get more traction ♥

I feel like this is a thing that the devs should fix. Lot of games like bubble gum simulator have a feature where it auto-unaccepts if a person removes an item. This is a very easy way to get scammed and being able to go out of the trade menu makes it even easier

the devs should probably make it so that if the other person changes their offer then the person getting scammed is forced to unlock when the scammer removes stuff

someone tried doing this to me before but I didn't know you could close the trade menu so I was following him with the trade menu still open. Now that I've seen this video I am so glad with how I handled that situation.. I could have lost a rengoku haori and tengen uniform..

@Toqxsicx I mean like they can take it out when I'm locked in and it won't cancel it and I sometimes don't pay attention bc I think trading is safe but u got a point I should be careful

there’s also a method where they will have one item ur wanting to get and then add a whole bunch of random stuff and ask if its fair, and then right before u lock they remove the good item hoping the random stuff will distract u from them removing the good item

The devs should really change the trade system when u remove or change the items it should be unlock and the progress stops

This Just happened to me I traded my Sealed Box For 77 Ores and he spammed stuff in chat like "How was your day" and "How do you get Sealed Box?" and I wasn't even paying attention so I lost the sealed box
the only thing i have to advice is if their telling you something jsut say tell em after the trade if they say no or ill just show you rn its a scam

My brother almost fell for this he was trading renegoku cape (don’t know how to spell what it’s actually called) for tengen swords and douma top and bottom. Luckily he saw what was happening got the whole server to report the guy then the guy left.

Dude, my friends told me about this video right after i got scammed by this stupid method for 2 rengoku haoris, I was busy doing sum else so i was just tryna like go see what he's doing while doing sum else and forgot i was locked in, then i saw "trade complete" with 0 items showing so i was so mad bruh. Currently tryna restore back my items but only got 2 images tho and don't think it's enough evidence.
Well something diffrrent happened in my case. I traded my skull scythe and my volcanic katana for war fans and we both locked in and i made sure that they were still there in the trade slot. The trade ended but i didnt get the war fans. Such bull shit
the devs said they wont be helping ppl and also to have common sense in trades

damn, i found this kind of scam happening to me yesterday, luckily I said no to him and we just traded normally. (wanted his polar top but he asked if I want free money)
i almost fell for it like 4 days ago he wanted douma top and a lot of mythics for a sound katana so i did it and then he removed the sound katana and told me to follow him luckily i wasn't so dumb i heard the ticking sound so i checked and i quickly canceled him and then the scammer started to freak out XD

it almost happend to me but i had a quick reaction someone told me ill give u dev bottom for tengen outfit and i was like sure and while we trading he said can u show me where is the place to buy claws and i said ok while i was going with him he deleted dev bottom and i canceled yhe trade quickly thankgod i had fast reaction
ye bro thats not the only one the next one happend to me so i was trading 60 ores for akaza bot he added the akaza bot and i added the ores then he said "hey would u mind me adding trash stuff from my inventory" first i said yes then i realized that he was adding the "trash stuff" and then he removed the akaza bot luckily i realized it.
