    It only charges you to "open a new channel" once right? Once I send funds to the lightning wallet and it charges me the 3000 sats, will it ever charge me that again? Or am I free to send and receive to any address through lightning and on chain?

    • @dhoneysett
      @dhoneysett  Год назад

      I believe you need to less then previously sent if you don't want the channel opening fee again.

    Thank you mate !
    Will look at it . Easier than Wallet of Satoshi ?

    • @dhoneysett
      @dhoneysett  Год назад +1

      No wallet of Satoshi is easier.
      For phoenix you have to send at least 10,000 sats and if you don't have enough liquidity payments won't go through.
      Wallet of Satoshi is custodial and adds you to thier lightning channel.

    a lot of money on alt coins - what would you recommend to store in secure spot for long term 2 years minimum until halving is over. Those hardware wallets with the code generator, what are those called?

    • @dhoneysett
      @dhoneysett  9 месяцев назад

      Hardware wallets. Keystone, trezors or ledger best for altcoins

    Is Muun wallet better as it can do both on chain btc and lightning

    • @dhoneysett
      @dhoneysett  Год назад +1

      Phoenix can do both as well. I'd say if your mostly using lightning go with phoenix. If using mostly on chain stay with muun.

    • @dhoneysett
      @dhoneysett  Год назад +1

      Yup more of a one time set up cost. As long as your channel is big enough should be good from there
