How to diagnose the PATS of a Ford Focus

In this video, we will show you how to test a FORD Focus immobilizer system with internal pads on a DELPHI DCM 3.1 ECU.
We will be using the FULLPROB, the FULLDIESEL accesory and the DEC.
The use of this equipment is essential if we want to carry out a correct diagnosis of the immobilizer and perform a bench test of the system.
The FULLDIESEL is the most comprehensive complement to the FULLPROB. It allows you to connect all necessary sensors and actuators to perform tests on diesel or direct injection ECUs. It also allows the ECU to be interconnected with all the modules of the anti-theft system. This is necessary to be able to check how the ECU works with its immobilizer, to be able to pair modules, and to be able to verify the correct programming of modules that communicate with each other.
In this way, we can be completely certain that the vehicle's electronics work at the time of delivering a repair job, module replacement, key or reprogramming.
