I am from Baltimore, MD and visited my sister who moved to Houston earlier this year from Charlotte. And I must say when she took me to Bridgeland I was blown away. Especially for new constructions starting in the low 300s?! But to answer your question I would personally have to have the two story 300k home it was nice enough for me and my daughter.
yup thats what we see all the time. thats why its a good idea to have a Realtor help you to help negotiate those things for you and not get taken advantage of
The Realtor never negotiates jack. On my 3rd home purchase 1.4M this go, saved $0 from any Realtor negotiations. Once you sign the contract your leverage is out the window. This time building in Prosper TX.
Looks amazing to me! The 300s are the perfect price especially for the economic times we are currently in!!! Was waiting on this type of video for us regular folks 🎉
As someone who built castle rock in the past, you have to babysit them every step of the way. I was at our house everyday even though they laughed at me when I told them I would be. Our build had so many issues that wouldn’t have been caught at all had I not been there to point them out because our project manager was so busy and overworked he struggled to keep up. And this was before 2020! Definitely recommend the Fremont model which is what we had. It’s my favorite house I’ve ever owned because it’s so beautiful and functional.
But the home buyer would have to be knowledgeable about what he is seeing. There should be a tutorial RUclips vid for what prospective buyers should look for to catch mistakes, error, etc.
Thanks for the advice. Much appreciated. Mind elaborating just tad? Would like to know what to keep an eye on and what to watch and look for during the build.
@@sblivinintxs6297 We had a ton of leaks after the drywall stage and while they fixed some of them, we had to fight to get them to do more than just replace drywall to prevent from future leaking issues. We also had construction workers pooping on the floor and using toilet paper 🙃 and I had to fight with them to get them to clean it up and even had to fight with them about whether or not animals use toilet and paper or not. During the blue tape meeting, we noted several issues that weren’t fixed including two inch gaps in between double doors to the master bath that they refused to fix and it ended up delaying our closing. Just a whole bunch of really obnoxious little things that they fought us tooth and nail over that I would think aren’t huge asks.
Yes, I’m trying to relocate and I like the prices you mentioned with the amenities! I’m getting ready to relocate from Rockford I’ll and I’m looking for an open floor plan. I’m upgrading my home to list for sale by the end of the year so I’m just looking to see what all the builders have to offer right now! Checking all the different builders trying to compare the homes each one builds!
ya thats a great idea! maybe we could do a presentation with you and record it for everyone! make sure to reach out though so we can help you with your plan!

too many have moved here and are willing to pay the severely increased prices of new homes around here, which is fine, just sucks because it is getting too hard to live close to the rest of the family due to the prices now so prob gotta leave.
In TEXAS don’t just look at the the price, TAX rate people, I rather pay more for a house ,with less tax Rate, when you buy new you paying first year just the land , than the following year ,your house gets full assessment, & than that’s when people get surprised, than they can’t not afford it
I CANT live there until 420 is legized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Im a disabled Veteran and It would be wonderful If i could live in a place like that and still some my weed..............................

I have toured many of these homes and the prices listed are just the starting prices. After upgrade and everything, you will be paying over 400k.

Jackson, why are you hating on M/I Homes? lol. There is nothing wrong with their floors. I love the builder. I am building with them.
This is a great real estate office by the way. They helped me find my home in Spring a year and a half ago!
You guys were amazing clients! 👏🏻
Can you do a video about pros and cons of community pool vs your own in your backyard? Price of upkeep etc.
Your own pee in your own pool😅
Pro’s?????
Yes. Show me more $300k. I'm renting in atascocita but looking to go out towards 99 and spring/woodlands. How about harpers preserve and imperial oaks. School district over here in humble and new caney isn't good enough
Isn't that thumbnail the partners in building model home in Bridgeland?

Just know your property taxes are between 3 and 4%.
Great homes but as someone who grew up in Cypress, the schools you'd be zoned to are some of the worst in CFISD, so beware!
How much was the first house?
I can't believe average Joe home prices are half a million!!!
Love this content. I love the boots on the ground pov. This is my kind of video.

Great videos! I will be new to the Houston area and my budget is $400k.
I really enjoyed the video, coming from the Bronx the amenities are more than enough.
Is there the HOA

Will the builder come to Connecticut to build a community?
Lol
…and you’ll pay $10k in property taxes each year.
Hmm, if only it was a bit cheaper.
Hi. What is the lowest start price for Mavida community and do they offer 4.75% rate?
I don’t think they offer 4.75% rate. My credit score is a 764 and the lowest they offered me is 5%
@@Trill_I_Am 5% this year? i bet you have to buy their new construction in order to get the incentive?

Don’t be fooled folks; HOA fees….
Where do older people look in that area that are not interested in all the outdoor amenities? A one story with a yard for gardening below 300k.
