Important remark: I miss spoke regarding the EGT Values. Instead of 600degrees °C, I ment 800°C for a maximum Exhaust temps. Thanks to whoever pointed that mistake out 😅
Thanks man! How does the pedal/throttle feel? One guy was giving me grief for the fact that I thought that sounded like s good idea! I suspect he wants to sell swap throttle cables hahahah
@@JesseSpec damn i just saw this now. Pedal feels okay Not crazy its also because i have a pretty stiff spring in my tb. Could be better eventually ill go DBW. Hows she running so far
@@low-budget-racing thats an extra outlet thats not needed. Your heater willbe supplied by another hose in the system with coolant. Look through the videos and you will see
@@JesseSpec yeah, I just watched it over and over again :D you are routing the metal pipe to the hose which goes below your battery. But does your heater work good if you don't have the water outlet from the head plugged in ?
@@low-budget-racing hi, if you do exactly how I did it, yes you will have a working heater. In the end, if the heater hose of the car connecte somewhere to the motor cooling circuit you will be fine ;-)
Yes like k series harness and with the mr2 spyder ecu plugs, reason for this is I'm running a EMU Black with a adapter box to hook up the mr2 ecu pigtail to the standalone, im running a 2zz with this setup, and if I was to go k series later in the future when my 2zz does decides to blow a oil pump😅
Hi! Thanks for the comment! I have the feeling its the aftermarket throttlebody thats being the problem. I will try to bend the bracket a bit to get some slack in the cable 👍🏼
I had this problem with mine. I'm using the MAP mounts, which reuse the 2 factory side mounts. I had to replace them because they were worn out and allowing the engine to sit too low.
I got the ones from Mitch's Auto Parts. The price was right and 500hp was plenty for me, but they are too long for my car. No problems in a straight line, but bind with cornering. Especially when turning to the right. I want to take to the track but I am afraid that I would damage the transmission. Let me know if you have the same set of axles.
Dylan, did this fix your problem? I replaced the one on the passengers side, but the one on the driver's side is original....looked fine. They admitted a problem.
@@dukebbfan08 it fixed my problem. I also am running the MAP axles. Try loosening all of the motor mount bolts, jacking up the engine and then retightening them.

Great work mate !! really happy to see this car back on its wheels
Thanks a lot! Now I need to finish her up for the mapping!
Oh yes! I can tell you, you are going to be addicted to vtec very soon! Bravo
Hahaha thanks man! I am a very skeptical guy in regards to Honda hahaha but I feel like I am slipping into that addiction hahahah 😂😂👌🏼👌🏼
Fantastic Jesse. Looks totally factory. Best package k swap with a zzw30 chassis. Keep up the awesome content. Loving it all 🤙🏼

Drill a new hole in the throttle body wheel for the cable. Simple and effective

Hi again, I had heard the same thing. But for some reason mine was nearly perfectly set up from the factory 👌🏼
You lucky bastard 😂😂😂
Where did you get that front lip?
Hi, I bought it used. I think the brand is called MS Design
so you removed the heater line - where would this hose (on the head) be plugged into if I want to run the heater?
Hey man. No I didn't remove the heater. The heater works in my car.
@@JesseSpec but what's with the plugged water outlet on the head? usually that's the heater delete mod, isn't it?

Are you gonna make k series swap in harness for the mr2 spyder so it's just a plug and play with our options of standalone?
Hi! Thanks for you comment. Do you mean a plug in harness in order to wire easily the Link Ecu into the mr2/k20 combo?

@@JesseSpec do you have a fix for it? Im a bit frustrated cuz its on all the time.
@@QQQDDD93 sadly I don’t :-( I am sorry. You could deactivate/remove it completely for a race car for example
Didn’t have the issue with throttle cable. Maybe it is because of the different intake manifold and adapter in place?
