Not a boxer (yet), i'm just a guy working out after years of inactivity. I used to play football so can follow along the feet movement easily, but it gets awkward once the punch starts. Thanks, i got a lot to learn
it's probably just going to take time to build up the stamina to be in the boxing stance, I had this same thing years ago. What fixed it was burpees without the pushup, go for 100 in sets of 10-20, the constant push off the calves builds up stamina.

Very true! If you find a good gym that has fun fitness classes that's often the best way to start. The desire for sparring/fighting often comes later.
