This is Part 1 of an ongoing series. We covered the "Good" patron deities in this one. We'll be releasing Part 2 soon, which will cover the 4 "Neutral" Patron deities. From there: Part 3 will be "Evil" Patron Deities Part 4 will cover deities mentioned in BG3 but that aren't patrons your cleric can worship. Part 5 will start covering deities from Forgotten Realms that aren't in BG3.
My character was a good Dark Urge Seldarine male Drow Cleric of Eilistraee that romanced Minthara and ended in the epilogue going back to the Underdark to build an army and finale Win against the followers of Lolth. You can imagine that i expend too much time planing my backgrounds in my games, i imagined my character being a true revolutionary and wanting to conquer the Underdark as a male Drow that don't follow Lolth and is a good alightened character well i think i nailed it 😅
I've always wanted to do that but idk it feels weird to have a bhaalspawn (who was the one behind the absolute plot) being a paladin other than oathbreaker or a cleric of a different god than Bhaal
@guyrapong your character in the First game is a bhaalspawn that stops one of his plots, so being a good Dark Urge is basically giving an evil god the middle finger TWICE 😂
This AI voice is hilarious. I’ve never in my life say the same name in seven different ways within the same paragraph. Moradin. Morodin. Marodin. Moridin. Morudin. Muradin. Marudin. Like how? How do you say the same name differently every single time? XD
I didnt realize I commited Blasphemy when I, a Ilmater Cleric, chose to get whipped by that Loviataar guy in the goblin camp 😂😂😂 I wish there was a consequence to me for doing that lmao
This video would be so good without the AI - but generative AI is so deeply unethical, not to mention that the generated text is only partially correct and the pictures are all wrong too?
Dark Urge Paladin/Cleric of Ilmater seems like such a cool thematic background. Might make one and then romance Karlach, intent and helping her with her particular plight.
Yeah no sorry. I find it hard to watch this video. The AI voice is quite obvious and it sounds like it has a cold. I don’t mind if someone has a robotic voice or anything. I get it. You don’t want to use your real voice for various reasons. But at least use some kind of text to speech that is pleasing to listen to and much more robotic that is not trying to sound human. A example of a channel like that is "Countryballs Explained" Many people don’t like it when it is an AI trying to emulate a human voice. But you should consider using your real voice in future if you want to be taken seriously. And some more advice is using background music and avoiding using AI images unless it is actually 100% necessary. If you have no other choice. Because it is just off putting for many people. Anyway. In a short answer. Try to make it like this channel feels like it has a soul. Right now it feels souless. You don't have to listen to me. But I'm just giving you advice in my opinion that would improve your channel and content.
Shar: my domain is loss and darkness :) Selune: my domain is guidance and protection against darkness :) Shar: >:( Look man I'm just saying... Sounds pretty one sided
@alllore maybe if you reach a certain level and become a demigod and people start worshiping you then AO he starts granting you spells can become a god
@alllore awesome thank you. Idk if ludegar is really evil though if you look at it there is good reason the deugar and ludegar act the way they do. I mean being enslaved, tortured, eaten and having all joy ripped from you then the gods that were meant to help and protect you turn their backs and say you deserved it, is enough to harden anyone's heart and makes them bitter
is this just the Myth or confirmed? is it like in Dragon age where it's revealed that the gods are just really powerful Ancient elf mage who eventually claim godhood?
The gods have different origins. Some come from the primordial beginning of the universe but some are mortals that were granted godhood through power or necessity. After the Times of Troubles, AO the overdeity linked god's power directly to their worship, so FR deities now have more power over domains based on the strength of their church and worshippers. He did this so the gods would stop ignoring their followers.

Ah yes, the walking contradiction 😂😂😂
Literally had almost the same run
@@guyrapong try oath of conquest my dude. A twisted version of that oath fit a durge perfectly, even if you're going down the road of embracing bhaal
Maybe cut down on the amount of AI you use, my dude. There's plenty of art out there.

More Adin?
Typical lazy low effort AI content, Goliath
As someone who hasn't played Dungeons and Dragons. This was really fun to hear.
I didnt realize I commited Blasphemy when I, a Ilmater Cleric, chose to get whipped by that Loviataar guy in the goblin camp 😂😂😂
I wish there was a consequence to me for doing that lmao
Wow! That's certainly an interesting story twist.
@ my thought process was, I’m a self-sacrificing cleric, this guy kinda gets it… but it feels off as it went on and I broke it off lol
The info in this video is great but some of these AI images are rough. Also this doesn’t include evil gods, video title should be part 1 imo
Thumbnail says part 1 and the description says evil gods will be later
This video would be so good without the AI - but generative AI is so deeply unethical, not to mention that the generated text is only partially correct and the pictures are all wrong too?
The information is sourced from multiple D&D books and games from 2nd edition on.
Dark Urge Paladin/Cleric of Ilmater seems like such a cool thematic background. Might make one and then romance Karlach, intent and helping her with her particular plight.
It's an intense roleplaying experience for sure.
Waiting for part 2, greate video. I really enjoyed it, thanks 🙏❤
Me not realising that the voice was AI before reading the comments, is something akin to antisocial behaviour
Way to start straight to tbe point! Love it!

I hate how much it bothers me you don't pronounce Selune right.
Saloon, eh?
Shar: my domain is loss and darkness :)
Selune: my domain is guidance and protection against darkness :)
Shar: >:(
Look man I'm just saying... Sounds pretty one sided
I'm pretty sure Selune and Shar are the same person just a split personality
Great video! You going to do include oh-bad-hai? Heya 3.5 dnd god of nature
Planned order is:
1. BG3 Good Patron Deities
2. BG3 Neutral Patron Deities
3. BG3 Evil Patron Deities
4. BG3 Non-Patron Deities
5. Other Forgotten Realms Deities
Yeah alright saving this for later so I understand wtf my DM is talking about when the campaign inevitably involves the gods
So the most powerful build would be a cleric of AO at 20 only if the DM says yes
AO doesn't grant spells to his clerics : (
@alllore maybe if you reach a certain level and become a demigod and people start worshiping you then AO he starts granting you spells can become a god
@alllore there's a reason vlaakith is not a god she can only cast wish a level 9 spell a false god
@@Local_commentor I love that idea!
@@alllore gale the god of ambition in BG3 he's a simple wizard but he became a god and AO acknowledges him
How much AI was used in the creation of this video? I know many of the images are AI generated, as is the voice, but is the script also AI generated?
Most of the information is from Faiths & Avatars from 2nd edition and Faiths and Pantheons from 3rd edition.
Lmao i was thinking just that, the way he keeps changing the way he pronounces stuff was weird
Sadly Ludegar the true god was not included. You can worship him as a duegar cleric in-game and has much if it's own dialog
This was just the good aligned gods. We're covering neutral next, and then evil.
@alllore awesome thank you.

@@Ulfhednir9 I guess it could be argued that he's evil, but justifiably so. Abusers who are victims of circumstance are still abusers, no?
@@alllore That is very true.
Wow, What a great video
Thanks for watching!
This is a well-made video that provides a clear summary of Baldur's lore.
What do you mean Baldur's Lore?
It is Forgotten Realms Lore.
Baldur or Balduran is just an accomplished adventurer in the Forgotten Realms.
My dude striving to be the god of AI
I hate all the ai shit
👍
Then don't watch the video, no one is forcing you 😂
good information here
Glad it was helpful!

Oh the Tyche mispronunciation hurt my soul since I love Greek Mythology
I'm sorry 😰
AI but informative so I'll allow it
Dude was this entire video ai? Dislike
