Eugene Fitzherbert cutting Rapunzel's hair to set her free rather than letting her heal him and save his life and leaving her to live a life of enslavement to Gothel was with out a doubt the single most romantic thing a Disney "Prince" has ever done. Of course, through the power of Disney's "Happily Ever After" magic, Rapunzel's magic tears do bring him back to life and they do get their happy ending.
Rapunzel also cut her hair to stop Zhan Tiri in Tangled the animated series
He could have just cut her hair after she healed him. Like he could pretend to kiss her, then cut her hair. But maybe Gothel would have forced Rapunzel to leave as soon as she healed Flynn.
I agree completely. Tangled is such an underrated Disney movie. It's my favorite definitely.
@@katarinababic9197 Underrated? Tangled was very popular in the 2010s. Maybe not as popular as Frozen was but still popular. Tangled got a short film and an animated series and Rapunzel appeared in an episode of Sofia the First, Ralph Breaks the Internet & made a cameo appearance in Frozen
But did he have to cut it so short and ugly?!? That hideous haircut will never grow out now!
I think one of the most satisfying Disney movie endings for me is Meet the Robinsons, when Lewis finally had parents that'll adopt him, Lucile and Bud and he'll continue moving forward into the future where he'll create everything we've seen before in the movie. Even Goob will have a good future now.
Edit: Wow, I didn't expect to get this many likes! Thx guys!
Sláine Dale I agree 👍
Just by reading the title of the video I immediately thought about this movie too 😭 so underrated
I never liked that movie all that much, but I do agree that was a good ending
Not to mention the Walt Disney quote at the end.
@@rianarabenandrasana9215 Yeah, it's a real shame it's underrated.
I think Mulan's ending should be higher. Shan Yu gets killed with a firework, the whole of China bows down to her, she gets gifts from the Emperor, she gets to go back home to her Father which makes him very happy and she finally finally restores honour to the family while finding out who she really is.
(Also Shang had dinner with them. Can't forget that.)
So true!
Agreed
@@laurahalmai8984 I'm glad we are on the same page😂
@@QueenCocopuff Thanks😂
Mulan's father throwing down the sword and metal made me pump my fists going YES!!! Damn right! :)
Disney is what brings me back my childhood memories.
Me too
In my opinion all Disney endings are satisfying 😊
Fabian Escobedo exactly 😉
I would have to disagree 'Old Yeller' has horrible ending
Melissa Clark oh I forgot about that one
All except Wreck It Ralph 2
😡
No they aren't
I solemnly swear that I won't get over Tangled!!! Still obsessed with it!!!❤️❤️💜☀️
soma saha My profile picture and username speaks for itself 😂❤️
@@ihonestlydontevenknowanymo6328 Hahaha..... True!!!😂😂❤️
I know!! If I stop watching it I won't be able to sleep because the only thing I can think about is Tangled😂😂
Im 21 now but damn HAHAHHAAHAH
Yep! Its probably my 3rd favorite ending! I actually really love how Flynn is still narrating instead of it having a reprisal ending like the renaissance movies. Plus that ending kiss was hilarious
I see Tangled I click
That's practically my mood this whole quarantine
So meee
Same
Sameee
“Beauty and the Beast” and “Cinderella” should be swapped - Beauty and the Beast’s ending is _waaaay_ more satisfying than Cinderella’s.
@LucienSabre, Beauty and the Beast is my favorite movie of all time.
the french revolution: *allow me to introduce myself*
AGREE!
I disagree but agree at the same time
But it must have been satisfying for Cinderella, going off with royalty as her stupid stepmother and stepsisters become as poor as ever
What’s your favorite Disney movie, mine is Tangled
I don't think they have a favorite but mine is Frozen besides sleeping beauty :>
Mines The Lion King
Aladdin
Mine is Lilo & Stitch
Definitely The Lion King.
You didn't even give an Honorable Mention to Wreck-It Ralph! That ending is immensely satisfying and deeply cathartic. Ralph has accepted who he is and that he has value and meaning apart from whatever role he was supposed to play in life. Saving the arcade is honestly just a bonus on top of it all. Ultimately that film comes down to Ralph learning what truly matters and willingly being ready to give his life to defend those things. Wreck-It Ralph should honestly be Top 5 and I am not even joking on that!
The ending of Tangled and the ending of The Lion King both make me cry every time. They definitely did deserve their place as the top 2.
Although i see the results of the ranking... Mulan should have been ranked WAY higher
Lola Lolh I know i don’t think it was the most satisfying but I definitely think it didn’t deserve 9th
Is there a Disney movie that doesn’t have a fulfilling ending? Even their less-impressive flicks are good at wrapping things up. I would probably add Wreck-It Ralph. Vanellope accepts herself, Ralph accepts himself and gets treated better, and that part when he describes seeing Sugar Rush from his game is just, for lack of a better word, sweet.
Summer O'Neal True. Few movies leave me at the end with a warm, fuzzy feeling inside. Wreck-It is one of those few.
Summer O'Neal I can think of one Disney movie without a satisfying conclusion, but it’s not an animated one, so.
I'm sorry, but "The Fox & the Hound" has a very dissatisfying ending. The best friends are torn apart, never to truly be friends again. They're only left with their memories. Yeah, Copper saves Todd, but it was out of respect for their past friendship. Heartbreaking, yes; satisfying...no.
There is one movie that is not satisfying called Chicken Little.
Pocahontas deserves an ACTUAL sequel. I cannot believe she is the only Disney princess who does NOT get a happily ever after. The ending always makes me cry
I have never thought Pocahontas ending would be satisfying. I've always found it bittersweet.
Definitely bittersweet! But I also personally find it satisfying too because instead of going to England with John Smith, she chose to stay back with her people because they needed her. I think she's the only heroine thus far who has made such a decision :)
It rips my heart in two everytime.
Same with The Fox in the Hound which they included in the honorable mentions. Hearing their younger voice overs makes me want to cry. Apparently the book has a much more depressing ending.
Same!!! And then Pocahontas 2 kills me even more, 😢
@@terenica OMG METOO I hate how she picked John Rolf over John smith it makes me maddd like the first movie was about u and John smith trying to get together and then she picks John Rolf cuz he helped her get read for a ball r u frrrr
What do people think of Zootopia’s ending? I really like it, even the whole movie.
Count me in on that
I love zootopia
It's an effing GREAT movie!
I know I'm there one percent here, but I wasn't crazy about Zootopia. Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but to me it tried to do too many things at once. The movie tries to subvert stereotypes and tropes, but still has plenty. It tried to show that things in life aren't always black and white and don't always work out, but at the end, the villains and heroes are clear and everything has that happily ever after feel.
It was definitely satisfying but the implied sequel made me want more
When Cinderella reveals the other slipper to the delight of the duke and the shock of her stepmother, I still consider that to be one of Disney's best twist endings.
Absolutely agree. The range of expressions on the duke's face--from tragic (when he believes all hope is gone) to ecstatic (when she pulls the slipper from her pocket) is priceless. And then, in the background, the stepmother looking smugly triumphant when she figures that she's foiled not only Cinderella but also the Duke--and seconds later, looking horror-struck at Cinderella's little "surprise." Superbly done!
Same! Its not my favorite ending but the moment her stepmother realizes she can’t hurt her anymore was the ultimate “checkmate b*tch” move.
Aww, Aladdin. When he wish the genie to be free, it still chokes me up.💙💙😭
Oh no here come the waterworks 😢
Chelsea Canales same here! 😭😭😭
At least Genie comes back in the other sequels that weren’t hellburnt garbage like Pocahontas 2
so like, the best disney ending ever is just an honorable mention? damn
also, Moana definetly deserves a place on the list
Literally what I said. They did horrible with this list
What's your 'the best disney ending' ?
Vasanthy Sridhar Princess and the frog
Seeing Pride Rock back to normal and filled with life was so satisfying. Till we find our way on the path unwinding! In the circle. The circle of life! I also like The Emperor’s New Groove and Lilo & Stitch endings
Tangled is the best.
Mark Jernigan yeah nothing else can get better than that.
@@maddireese you say that again
Nothing else can be better than that. Eugene is the best diseny prince acc to me
Pinocchio should had been on this list as Pinocchio got his wish on being a real boy and Jiminy finally got his badge.
Absolutely!! That's definitely one of the most satisfying and memorable Disney endings for me!
I know. And the part that always gets me is when ~~SPOILER ALERT!~~SPOILER ALERT!~~
Geppetto is sobbing beside his son's "deathbed"--not realizing that the Blue Fairy has appeared and worked her magic--and the following dialogue takes place.
PINOCCHIO: Why are you crying, Father?
GEPPETTO (still sobbing and not looking at him): Because--because you're dead, Pinocchio. PINOCCHIO: No, I'm not--I'm alive. (Suddenly realizing that he's no longer made of wood) And...and...I'm REAL.
The kid's understanding that he's become a real boy chokes me up, every time.
Tiana and Naveen turn back human and Ray getting to be star so that he can be with evangline is definitely top 5 material. Are you guys crazy????? Also Frozen 2 ending very satisfying to me for some reason!
Even tho the ending IMO was a wee bit long The WHOLE movie is very satisfying to me also
My only issue with Tiana and Naveen's ending is that the frog wedding was better than the human one...and that sort of sticks out in my head. Still a great ending and definitely should have been more than an honorable mention.
Agree with both
But Tangled has a whole series with the full voice cast that just makes it so much more satisfying. And it was already very satisfying.
Disney knows how to deliver satisfying movie endings.
Except for Melody Time (WTHECK?), Ralph Breaks The Internet, and maybe The Three Caballeros, depending on how you view that ending.
My top 3 BEST Disney endings are...
3. Who Framed Roger Rabbit
2. The Rescuers Down Under
1. Dumbo
Some of these endings are definitely satisfying.
Are you kidding I just watched the ending of Aladdin yesterday it’s one of of my favorite Disney movies right now
I feel that most classic Disney movies all the way up to the early 2000s had satisfying endings. The grand music swells, the perfect closure occurs as everything comes full circle and is set right, and it leaves me with teary eyes. The story is just complete and beautifully finished.
P.S. I will never not cry when he says, "That's Phil's boy!" in Hercules. Perfect.
i’m just saying a women never needs her hair to be pretty, but I wish during the revival part of tangled rapunzels hair grew back only because it’s so iconic to her.
In Tangled the Series, her hair grows back
I agree
Tangled the series has an amazing plot line dealing with her hair growing back. And then it going away again so she can have the short brown hair for her and Eugene’s wedding.
It does in the series
Beauty and the beast man. It turns from one of the saddest to one of the relieving endings, believing they all will stay objects and beast will remain dead, then they all return and live normal and just dance 💛💙
My favorite is the great mouse detective and the lion king together! Although I wished they made a sequel of the great mouse detective. ❤😊❤😊
To me, The Hunchback of Notre Dame has the best ending ever! But i also love Tangled, Mulan, Moana, Tarzan...
And to me it's the worst ending ever, Quasimodo doesn't end up with Esmeralda. moana doesn't fall in love, Tarzan doesn't go to England.
Personally, if you ask me, I love both the ending of Wreck It Ralph and Wreck It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet.
The Princess and the frog shouldn't be just an honorable mention
True. I feel like The Princess and the frog is never recognized
Yes, it should. Although she worked her butt off for the restaurant, she still needs the Prince's help to get it, and neither character changes all that much.
@@WrenFaithBridger I think you have to watch the movie again. Oh, and we are talking about the whole ending 👌🏼, not just if you think she needs help or not
@@fernandac6494 which one do you think it should replace
@@WrenFaithBridger ,tiana is getting her show next year
tangled above all the other disney princess ending made my day💜
Tangled’s ending is great, BUT the Tangled show’s ending is even better!
How does it end?
I was a little disappointed in the very end. It felt a bit rushed and left us with a few questions still unanswered.
how’s it end?
I don’t want to spoil much, but every character gets their own happy ending in the finale.
Just finished watching it on Disney Plus and I loved it!
Disney really needs to sponsor these videos. This whole list made me go, "Damn, I should really subscribe to Disney+."
All Disney is satisfying ❤️
No
A galaxy far far away would disagree
Nope. Pocahontas deserved an actual sequel, because Disney literally has happily ever afters for everyone! Even Quasimodo got a girlfriend! The fact they’re the only interracial couple aside Milo and Kida makes it that much more sickening that they’re the ONLY couple (not just princesses) who don’t get a happily ever after
I would never give up woody like Andy did. That little girl did not love him like he did.
...
Bruh
Toy story 4 proves that, but he grew up. Had to eventually let him go.
Andy grew up and he had to say goodbye and Toy Story 4 isn't about the little girl rather it's about Woody getting his happy ending
Yeah but he’s about 17. He would never have played with him again
me: beauty and the beast Cinderella and tangled listed already, who could be number 1?
also me: oh, make sense
Why is this so true? 😂
7:45 Anyone notices Gaston's eyes before falling to his death.
Yeah.... oof
The sign of his death.
Awwwww! I love Disney endings sooo much! Especially Tangled (my fav movie), and The Hunchback Of Notre Dame, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty And The Beast, Princess and the Frog, Mulan, Hercules Frozen, and Pocahontas and basically Soo many more! Aaah I'm gonna cry! I just love being a Disney fan!
I think Little Mermaid needed to be a bit more than an honorable mention, that ending always make me cry
"Remember who you are"
-Mufasa
Thank you msmojo!!! ❤💙💜💗
What about The Jungle Book? The ending of that one was beautiful.
Hercules is my favorite. She gives her life for his strength and to stop Hades. He then offers his life for hers. When he gets to Olympus and is celebrating with his parents, she quietly walks away. (A scene that never gets its due) Then he gives up immortality for her. That’s pretty deep.
Well it's one of my least favorites. she was rude to him when they met and thinks men don't know what no means. he shouldn't have given up immortality, he did so much to get it.
You should do a Top 10 Satisfying endings in Disney channel original movies.
Side note, I always think of Disney princesses when I think of dating. I could never imagine a Disney princess getting treated the way many dudes treat ppl in real life.
Well, except how the beast Belle initially. Frightful!
This list just gives me so much inspiration for other lists you guys could do: moments/sentences in Disney movies that gave us goosebumps (Mulan when they all bow, Hunchback of Notre Dame), scenes that make us cry cause of injustice (Cinderella, when she begs to be let out, even the real version of it still got me in the scene), scenes that made us shout "Yes!" out of happiness (also Cinderella when she casually says she has the other shoe). So many childhood memories came back, where I cried and just happily shouted afterwards. Great times! xD
And a great post. Let's hope the staff at Ms Mojo read these comments and use some of your very good ideas. :-)
Ayyy another Disney countdown 💞
I'm so glad that the lion king is number 1. I have watched the film more that 20 times and I still cry at the ending. 💕
very very great fun list I like it a lot great job mis mojo one of my very favorite list ever please do more videos like this one please
ugh you guys making me so emotional LOL
For me beauty and the beast transformation kiss was my best
I am such a sucker for happy endings, especially romantic ones.
Beauty and the Beast should’ve been a bit higher, even Hunchback of Norte Dame was so satisfying!
Princess and the Frog deserves to be on this list! I love when they both turn back human after Tiana married Naveen
As a teacher, the line, "That's Phil's boy," reduces me to a blubbering mess every time. Every good teacher's dream
The LION KING never gets old timeless . I can still watch it a hundred times again.💟
The most satisfying ending: Grumpy became happy once again :')
They NEED to make a Pixar one. Toy story 4 is has the saddest ending in the world.
Maggie Peterson is it satisfying though?
Then you need to watch more movies then. Toy 4 ending showed even the best friends have to say goodbye and move on with their own lives. No matter what Woody and Buzz will always be best friends. For distance doesn't break a strong relationship/friendship. Woody choose his own life instead of thinking about others he finally thought about himself.
Tbh Toy Story 4 wasn’t near as good as 3. Partly because I really wanted for Woody and the gang to be bought back by Andy when he’s married. I honestly wasn’t the biggest fan of remaking Bo Peep and Woody a couple, considering he NEVER thinks about her in 3
Man, most Disney endings give me goosebumps.
Yeah it amazing
Cried during the entire list 😭😭💕
One of my favourite endings is Treasure Planet - the underrated classic
YYYYYAAAAAAASSSSS!!!!! Fellow Treasure Planet fan, I humbly agree with you! He actually sacrificed his own life to save the RLS Legacy from being destroyed, and once he came back home to Montessor, Sarah Hawkins looked so proud of her son, exactly like he promised!🪐🌠🌌❤
Rapunzel x Flynn for life 😂💛
Nynson _ no it should be Sophomores x flint Lockwood
That's Flynn
They’re the best couple that Disney has made so far (imo) 😍❤️
Princess Rose oh no I think Anna and kristoff
Luigi Marinus Gaming they’re kinda toxic imo. in the second movie anna keeps thinking that kristoff doesn’t love her or something, like she keeps asking him weird questions when he’s about to propose. also it seems like he cared more about her than anna cared about him but ofc that’s my opinion and you’re entitled to yours.
Definitely freaking awesome love these so freaking much ❤
Glad you like them!
When Meg almost died, I was crushed.
Also, called it (about #1...halfway through the video).
I think Frozen or Frozen 2 should have been on here. These are such good endings.
Here are more honorable mentions:
- The Great Mouse Detective
- Dumbo
- Peter Pan
- 101 Dalmatians
- The Jungle Book
- Atlantis: The Lost Empire
I love your videos aboute Disney ❤️ MOOORRREEEEEE
Of course you would. You have no analytical skills like watchmojo
Lio and Stitch and Princess and the Frog should not be honorable Mentions because their endings are better then Cinderella and Snow White
Agreed.
Sooo true
yup
PREACH
Cinderella, anyway. Snow White gets a pass because it was the first major Prince saves the day in the franchise and the music and setting really sell it and hit the emotional cords.
Thanks for bringing back childhood memories
They clearly forgot about frozen...
Yeah
Hey yeah. True love between sisters thawing Arendalle and Elsa saving Anna! That should have been on here.
What about PINOCCHIO, DUMBO, PETER PAN, LADY AND THE TRAMP, 101 DALMATIANS?
Probably only person in the world with this favorite moment, but I always bawl at the end of Lady and the Tramp when Trusty proves he can smell and starts baying and racing after the wagon that Tramp is in. No other Disney movie moment moves me that much for some reason.
Awesome 💛💛👍👍
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh I think was worth a mention. Just from how simple yet satisfying it is. A simple talk between Christopher Robin and Pooh about them remembering each other.
Not even an Honorable Mention for Pinocchio? He becomes a real boy! C'mon lol!!!
Genie becomes a human in the 2019 version
The top two are PERFECT! Not gonna lie they both make me cry every time I watch them because they are so perfect.
Great video. Side note I love how you used the word Romani to describe Esmeralda’s culture as opposed to Gypsy. 😊
Where’s Pinocchio? Seriously deserves at least a mention.
How the hell is Pocahontas' ending a satisfying one???
Estela Moliner Ruiz because it stands out between all the „happily ever afters“. A satisfying end doesn‘t need to have the lovers ending up together. In fact I see the end of Pocahontas as a quite complex and realistic one. I lt touches questions of where you actually belong and where you are needed. Love doesn‘t always mean you belong with a partner, sometimes I means you belong with your family. And if you think about it for a second you‘ll find that there‘s a special magic in these kinds of endings.
I actually like it the most. It’s something more realistic and it’s bad and good at the same time
Because she chose to stay with her people who need her rather than go to England with a guy she's only known for a few days. I find it bittersweet for sure, but definitely satisfying ♡
And also ranked higher than Mulan? You got to be kidding me
@@surrealsunrise4436 yess. And we live with the knowledge that they will love each other for the rest of their lives even if they aren’t together (the sequel doesn’t count )
I have abslotuely no idea y, but when the visual of Mufasa saying 'Remember...", just made me tear up. And the ending scene too.
(sniffle)
hmm i was expecting pinocchio to be there somewhere
I love a happy ending to :)
10 -First ever disney movie and very much saw that coming
9 -I love that one! She is awesome!
8 -This one got me sad but it was still great. Until the song started to play during end credits.
7 -I know it’s underrated but the way how the jester sings at the end of the movie is just wow for a satisfying ending.
6 -This is truly magical! I can’t tell which Aladdin ending I love the most. Original or remake.
5 -I love pop and in my opinion, it has a great style!
4 -Oh!! I LOVE THIS ONE!! My Favorite Disney movie and I just love the whole story with heart and songs.
3 -The second Walt Disney classic princess, this fairytale has a romantic ending.
2 -(Gasp) Didn’t notice but as I think about it, not bad. It does have a nice ending of freedom and love.
1 -Classic and figures!! The Lion King is King of All Disney Movies. Snow White is number ten but considered first but this, takes the spotlight!
If it was up to me, I would put Princess and the frog as #1!!!
You should also make a video of the top 10 most satisfying live-action Disney movie endings.
I'd love to see a list of movies that made us feel all the emotions. Laughter and tears. Like Steel Magnolias and Beaches
I agree with a lot of your picks. At the present time i can't agree with them all is because I have not seen them all. I have not seen 5 and 7-9. I definitely do agree with your number one pick. I have seen both versions of the movie along with the Broadway musical. It is one of my favorite Broadway Musicals. It is the first Broadway Musical I saw twice. It reminds me of my parents. I love all the songs but the two songs in the movie or play that reminds me of my parents are "The Circle of Life" and "He Lives In You." Especially now since I have lost both parents and see my nieces with children of their own it really holds truth that He Lives In You and the Circle of Life. That way we lose are parents, they never really die. You made me cry and I thank you for that.
Tangled forever!!!!❤
great vedio thanx
Probably only person in the world with this favorite moment, but I always bawl at the end of Lady and the Tramp when Trusty proves he can smell and starts baying and racing after the wagon that Tramp is in. No other Disney movie moment moves me that much for some reason.
Even though I’ve never seen Make Mine Music, I love all 60 Disney Movie Endings
It will be very nice to make a video like this but with live actions! 🙂👌🏻
Oh, my...ALL the FEELS!!!
The Satisfying thing of any Disney movie finding love, acceptance, friendship, and family
I still haven't chosen my favourite disney movie someone help me out😥
Tangled 😉
Hercules, The Little Mermaid, Pocahontas, & LILO & Stitch
Have more than one. Choose the ones that speak to your soul. I do! My personal all-time favorites include The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Moana, Zootopia, Tangled, Mulan, and Hercules. The one that means the most to me is The Lion King.
I can’t choose just 1 either
I love lion king, beauty and the beast, Hercules, Tarzan. I like Disney movies that has the main character have a life lesson. Don’t get me wrong I like Snow White and Cinderella but to me those other movies really speak to me more.
What about Big Hero 6? I feel it had a pretty satisfying ending. Bad guy defeated and apprehended (as well as said bad guy’s daughter being alive and being rescued by the very heroes who opposed him), city saved, Hiro finally coming to terms with Tadashi’s death, Hiro and the gang attending classes at SFIT together, the reveal that Baymax left his memory chip in his rocket fist knowing Hiro would be able to rebuild him (which turns out to be true), and the team electing to continue being superheroes to honor Tadashi’s memory and fulfilling his dream of wanting to help people.
Mulan's ending tears me up everytime.
The Frozen ending should be here just for the punch alone lol.
