I got one of these a few years ago. They're more expensive now due to inflation but have more power than comparable or less units which cost more. It's loud and heavy but it can sure move leaves. I couldn't live without it on my 5 acres of woods.
Thank you very much for your video. I appreciate it, I am thinking of ordering this weekend. You are very convincing in your statement. Home Depot has special financing 12 months O interest . I think it will be a go for me too.
Consumer reports give it a high rating. If when you shut equipment down for the winter, shut off the gas to the carburator. And let it run out of gas. I've been doing this for years on my gas machines and come time to run it again when you turn the gas on again, it'll start usually on the first or second pull!! Does this machine blow forward? From the picture, it doesn't look like it.
@@TodayIWorkOn Its not something I would use all the time, but a feature that does come in handy. Being an adaptor though means it's not a permanent piece. I'm not sure I like that idea. As far as the power behind it on a bend, I must agree.
@@thomasschwarting5108 It's very sturdy (it locks in securely, doesn't budge and looks like the blower was made with the curve when attached). I haven't noticed any difference between using the blower with or without the attachment other than the direction that the leaves are being blown.
Just bought two tonight from Home Depot. Tag said $599. Paid $99.97 each 😳. I believe they are getting them off the shelf and have a huge discount. Another guy bought 4.
I don't know what these units cost new but I don't think they are as well built as a little wonder blower. Something about being made in china bothers me. A word to the wise also premium gas still has ethanol in it. Always use non ethanol gas folks.

Bought one today, works great. Did 6 hours of backpack work in 2 hours. It’s a workout on hills and wet ground… but I need it.
Thanks for reviewing! Thinking of getting for my dad! This video helped a lot!
I just invested in my champion blower..I appreciate the review
Thanks for the review. It explained everything I wanted to know. Although it is now $499 at Home Depot, it looks well worth it.
I went out and bought one the other day. Haven't had a reason to use it just yet.
Yeah it jumped up to 599 where I am.🙁
@@Because-qx3wr$100 rn !!!! Home Depot go !!
Just picked one up at Home Depot. Can't wait to use it this fall.
Yes, review everything!

Great video, thanks for posting
Great setup and review Thanks!!!
Do you realize that when you back up, you're literally walking in time with the soundtrack 5:01? 😄How did you do that!? Thanks for the review.
I didn't LOL. I just realized that now!
Thanks Much!. Just ordered one.

There’s an adapter which makes it blow forward, but the extra bend robs the blower of power. I tried it once and never attached it again.
Right, that's what I saw in the ad from Home Depot, thanks.

Someone just posted they paid 99 bucks and I deleted the post because I thought it was a scam…. That’s crazy!!
Is there a bolt the holds the engine from turning during installation? Something that needs to be removed. Thanks for any help that can be given.
Nope. She’s free to rip out of the box. Just make sure you choke her up first on the first start. It’s an awesome blower.
That blower is cute.
Cute as a button. 😘
2 years later - how's it working ?
It works well. When I start it up, I need to keep it in choke for a little while longer than a normal engine, but it works great!
