CHICK PEAS WITH VEGETABLES IN TOMATO SAUCE - INGREDIENTS
400g chick peas, soaked overnight
1 red onion, finely chopped
3 carrots, chopped
3 celery sticks, chopped
1 cup crushed tomatoes from a tin
1 tablespoon tomato purée
1/4 cup olive oil
1 potato cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
100g spinach
Season with salt and pepper
"REVITHIA YIAHNI" - ΣΥΣΤΑΤΙΚΑ
400g ρεβίθια μουσκεμένα στο νερό
1 κόκκινο κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
3 καρότα ψιλοκομμένα
3-4 κλωνάρια σέλινο ψιλοκομμένα
1 φλιτζάνι θρυμματισμένες ντομάτες από ένα κασσίτερο
1 κουταλιά της σούπας πάστα ντομάτας
1/4 φλιτζάνι ελαιόλαδο
1 πατάτα κομμένη σε κύβους
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κύμινο
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αρωματοπιπέρι
100g σπανάκι
αλάτι και πιπέρι
GRAO DE BICOS COM LEGUMES EM MOLHO DE TOMATE - INGREDIENTES
400g de grão de bico, deixar de olho durante a noite
1 cebola roxa picada
3 cenouras picadas
3 palitos de aipo picados
1 xícara de tomates esmagados de uma lata
1 colher de sopa de purê de tomate
1/4 xícara de azeite
1 batata cortada em cubos
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta da Jamaica
1/2 colher de chá de cominho
100g de espinafre
Tempere com sal e pimenta
