    GREAT VIDEO!!
I know the IGT is activated with a high pulse, but:
Does the IGF signal go high or low to indicate a good firing??
    Thanks much!

IGF gets pulled low by the ignition coil once the coil windings have charged up. You can still have a misfiring coil that shows a good IGF signal. What often times happens is the coil will fail internally and the transistor for the IGF circuit will short the IGF to ground. This will make the computer think that the coils are not charging up so the computer will turn off the injectors causing a stall condition.

I missed last night! Is there a way to turn on the chat?

Have a 97 civic that coil current goes down when snap throttle..is that normal ??

I would check the dwell time and see if the coil is charging for a shorter period on the snap. That would cause the amperage to be lower.
If the dwell is about the same I would check supply voltage to the coil. There could be some voltage drop happening.
