Honestly, one thing I really wish the scenario creator had (that it might if it's been updated, haven't used it in a long time) is the ability to give one disease the *major thing* of another disease like a neurax worm that can evolve to spread its tendrils throughout the whole body and puppeteer it after death, making zombies. or a vampire plague that can also cause full on mind control. and so on
I've been making a werewolf plague for a long time now. It's a Bioweapon because I want exponential lethality, but I also want Simian Flu active abilities and to be able to control and infect canines (which would work like apes), so this would be super useful.
