@@WatchTheDevil what he means is that e.g. at 4:02 djalice knocks this guy marty_vole and in her killfeed it says the correct name but on his screen he gets knocked by the Playername "Kar98_HEAD".

We understood now. And @ksh461 is absolutely correct. PUBG streamer mode let the streamer to hide their original name in the game to avoid Stream Sniping.
And even if you are not streamer you can hide your name (change in your in-game settings).
