The Primrose Mall story is like, the canonical mall horror story to me. Somehow it just captures everything that felt weird and unsettling about malls back when they were still culturally significant (and yes, I'm unfortunately old enough to remember that time).
Also, I personally enjoyed the introductions. I get not having them in *every* single video, like if you can't think of anything for a given story, that's cool, but *if* you can think of something that feels worthwhile, I think it's good for setting the mood.
My wife and I enjoyed where you set the scene before the story considered a 'prolog' type introduction before the story. Thank you for your work and

ABSOLUTELY!! The brief monologue setting the stage for an epic scary spaghetti tale is vital to set the mood. Imagine if Star Wars first came out without the epic scrolling exposition. Personally, I like the opening monologue because I can say, "That's not one of my tales. Skip!" LOL! Seriously, IMHO I'd keep the monologue on tales which you feel need an opening to set the tone and mood. Cheers! T_D

Hey Doc! I really enjoyed back when you gave us small insights, commented on the story to come, or just asked a general question for us to answer in the comments after hearing the story (in your introductions before the story began). I'd love to see that come back, and you can always, just as I mentioned, ask us a question (can be related to the story or totally irrelevant, as it's good to keep the community engaged, in my opinion), as well as you adding your own opinions and just talking about either what you thought of the story, and/or giving us updates on how you were doing and what you've been up to.
Perhaps you can also add polls to your videos (if that's possible) to the question you ask at either the beginning or end of the story (example: Having a poll asking "Yes", or, "No", which you can ask a question to us without spoiling too much of the story, or asking more mundane things, like if we have pets, or whatever, and can mention that if you person(s) answered the poll, if they feel comfortable elaborating on their answer, encourage them to do so). Just things that I think would help your channel grow, and things I'd personally be interested in seeing. Feel free to implement anything I've suggested here, as well. No need to credit me, either, loool.

Ok, I commented before I listened to post story reflection., And oh Hell yes bring them back! No one else who might do it can the way that you do, and setting up just the most vague energy of what’s to come, it’s a fantastic to foreshadow the story.
So in response to your query: Definitely bring it back! And as with all of your works, I don’t listen to fall asleep. I won’t allow myself to miss a beat of what you deliver. And that preface was an excellent amuse bouche! I am quite finished!

So two great tales of horror and urban explorers that simply can’t seem to learn that what they do is incredibly dangerous. But I suppose the adrenaline rush is just a good as a skydive, or riding a high speed superbike without a helmet. Equally dangerous, but still done and enjoyed! I’ve done those myself and I’d say if Urbex is as great as they say, well who am I to judge?! Both excellent stories, and although I don’t usually pick a favorite, the mall of horror was what really got me. Maybe something about after his exit, the creep factor still remained to be seen by the police was a refreshing change. All too often the protagonist won’t have a shred of proof and they go on to be discarded takes of hallucinations. But when the aftermath is revealed and their story takes on a very real significance, well then they simply have to talk, and everyone is dying to listen. That’s a welcome change. I’ve heard a few mall terrors and loved each one, something about a place that has and holds so many memories from so many people yields an amazing amount of possibilities. And it’s nearly an endless supply of directions in which to take the story. This was no exception! Loved it, very well written, and as I said already, the change from the usual end was awesome. Thanks to both writers who took their Urbex tales to dark places, and thanks so very much Dr Creepen for the time and effort you put into so much for our entertainment. As always your work is second to none! Top shelf fear! And I will keep coming back for more!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Yes bring it back I been wondering about that I’ve listened to all your stories twice and allot of them 20 30 times over I don’t know bout most people but I personally think your voice and the way you story tell is by far the best and I don’t understand how many of the people you put on are doing somewhat more than you there are a few that are really really horribly bad but I am always looking for your new vids and hope you keep on doing them and hope you get your flowers cuz you are the best and you have a voice that can draw listeners in unlike my fellow unenthusiastic Mercans that mono tone af. Give this man his damn Emmy Award for narrator of the year always 💯🙌🏼✊🏼🤷🏻♂️

I always liked the little intros, I thought they set the scene nicely and felt like a nice personal touch so the videos would be bookended by the intro and outro chat. Definitely don't feel like you have to do them for every video, but if you enjoy them I'd say bring them back!
BY all means I would very much like for you to make introductions once again! I always liked how I got a Hitchcock introduction feel from them before the real story began. Helped me to get even further hyped. You are a master of narration so please return to that part of your roots! :D

I enjoy the introductions and do miss them since I've been listening for a few years now. Id like if you did them again but understand if you choose not to since it really has been a long time of doing them. Maybe start them back up with the longer stories and leave them out for the short ones for now. Just an idea

A 1980's mall isn't complete without an Orange Julius shop. Yum. Anyways, Yes Dr. Creepin, I remember those introductory talks and I liked them. I always wondered why you stopped doing that. If you like to do it, then I say go for it. I always think it's important to make it fun for yourself or else you can easily get burned out with repetition. There's a million novel ways to do things, why hold back?

Dr., a thoughtful narration is always appreciated, and I do like them. But as you said, it’s hard to come up with pre-story narration without spoiling. I would say a few sentences at most would be fine. Don’t put too much work into it because (I can only speak for myself) but the main story is the reason I listen. After all, a Dr. a day keeps the Apples away…… or something like that. Cheers…
