I've watched a lot of syntakt videos, but this is on another level. In a bizarre way it reminds me of your OP1 videos from years ago, I think it's just the crazy amount of detail. Very inspiring. So much of SynthTube these days comes across as either marketing or content for content's sake. This just felt like listening to great music. Hats off..

Love that they put out these acapella albums, ive heard some really cool interpretations of these tracks but the way you recontextualized inside out in doubletime is actually insane
I don't think Jeremy (RMR) has ever put out a single sound that I haven't enjoyed so fucking much. If Jeremy has a club night, i'd go and dance but only if it has reasonable hours cause I ain't 21 anymore
Daveed Diggs is one of those people that doesn't seem to have an end to their talents. CLPPNG is truly wild, with what feels like a smashing together of electro "noise" that somehow glues together with Diggs growling rap. But got to love your take on the three tracks, great stuff.
@@kaitlyn__L in my opinion one of the more underrated modern rappers stateside. His flow and willingness to embrace harsher industrial sounds sets him apart in a good way but unfortunately keeps him off a lotta people's radars, since not everyone into Hamilton is into industrial hip hop. Snowpiercer fans though... Probably more crossover there.
@@GeorgeL909 I must admit I haven’t seen Hamilton - knew him from Snowpiercer and Central Park. But yeah. Love his flow, and his voice has a very cool and satisfying timbre too. And I love instrumental industrial :)
I feel you but, not gonna lie, it's challenging. You gotta have really good fundamentals in the lfo's and envelopes to sculpt good sounds, and it's easy to fall into the trap the machines set for you. That being said, it's an insanely powerful box, especially if you start building your drums out of the raw/bits/tone oscillators rather than the dedicated drum ones.
I'm gonna go and have a listen to Clppng, for sure, but man, do these sound like they were the intended original tracks. Loved Inside Out with that DnB base. More videos of you doing music and *enjoying* doing it. And screw geartube ;-)
This is one of the coolest uses of Elektron boxes I've seen. Reminds me a lot of The Inevitable Rise and Liberation by Saul Williams and Trent Reznor. I would love a) more of this and b) a breakdown video where you talk about how you approach making music for a given vocal track. Such an interesting way of working
Man this is super impressive. Not only are clipping. severely underrated (check their livestream from mid pandemic, it is sick), but Jezza just absolutely slapped the hell out of this crossover. Syntakt is pretty much clipping. in a single machine. Jezzaaaaaaaaaa
Oh boy was not expecting a RMR and Clipping crossover today but I’m here for it. Love these remixes and bet the group would too! Pls do something with get money I feel like you would flip that so well
Murderontheoutsideevrybodyinside Murderontheoutsideevrybodyinside Murderontheoutsideevrybodyinside Love the vibe and energy of this performance. Well done cheers! Dome day when I grow up, I'm gonna make music that doesn't suck, and Jeremy will be reason I learned to do it. (;
I think I feel this way because there nothing here that says “you could do this too, if only you had the gear”… it feels more like “this is art! bow down!” And I immediately feel like “Holy shit, that’s talent, fucking hard work and inspiration!”
OMG, I can't tell where the samples end and the craft and arrangement start, these songs are amazing! It's not usually my type of music, but each ended and I was like, f yeah! Such great stuff. Thanks Jeremy!
little oboe-y synth that comes in at 1:36 gives me that feeling man, that good good feeling. the ever-evolving production style reminds me a little of old Blockhead beats, with a little more dnb ravey-ness. soo sick
By the Emperor! This may be one of my favorite things I've seen/ heard you do. 11/10. Artificer! Hand me my armor! The Tyranid horde will fall today!!!
I love clipping but I think i might prefer your version of work work over the original. Nice stuff, definitely making the syntakt sound in ways I didn’t know it could.
I love your teaching vids. It would be dope to have one on the way do this to already done vocals. Bothe the technical (timing sync etc.) but also creatively, how start the approach and build out the set.
my goood, just when i thought i wouldn't GAS on the syntakt, you come along with another banger performance on this sweet little device - guess i'm eating ramen next month! the syntakt seems so performy and tweaky, i love it! i don't have any experience with any elektron devices but i recognize the technique where you tweak all the parameters in all tracks simultaneously and go back by function reload ptn! that's so nuts! good stuff, jeremy, good stuff!

I've had this video on repeat for the past 2 hours, I'm not joking. Please release these. Fabulous!
I'll post a community post later this week with the tracks and the syntakt patterns
