Yk what happened to mine when I stopped using Shampoo, I got dandruff, lice, and white stuff that were stuck to my hair.
Mind you, I washed my hair everyday very thoroughly. It was good for the first 2 months but the 4th and 5th months was when I really started seeing the signs. So, do it at your own risk.

Keep washing your hair daily with just water, it does not cause hair fall or anything of that sorts. Just make sure to run your fingers through your hair to rub your scalp. It is also perfectly okay to wash your hair daily as long as you don’t use shampoo or conditioner.
I personally have oily scalp and started doing this. Saw my hair strengthen, hair fall reduce and oilyness decrease as I am washing daily. Overall hair is improving greatly.

before i did this i used head & shoulders and my hair was straight af
right now its 2a but when i first did this it was 2b/2c when let air dry
my hair isnt bad rn, i can style well when its wet & let it air dry to fully style, but its not as textured as id like/as before and is just a little flat at the front, but the worst part is that i think the repeated air drying has made some of my hairs become really frizzy at the top of my head, but only at the top (it sticks up and is alot more curlier but way drier)
my hairs only ever "too greasy" or "really frizzy at the top", wind makes it move way too easily, and it doesnt have enough texture. i think i should use shampoos which are better than this baby shampoo and i should use an actual good conditioner because the ones the i have either make my hair turn into 1b/1c and be really stubborn and water resistant and feel only slightly dry, or dont do much at all. maybe i use too much shampoo? i use a couple handfuls in one go but only once every 10+ days and i try to wash it out as best i can but im being told im not washing it out properly

Your hair will adapt to it. Don't worry! You can always use gram flour to wash your hair instead of shampoo

Only use water based hair products so you can wash them out with just water
Step one: don't use soap conditioner or shampoo on your hair it really harms it and washs all the healthy oils away
Step two: spray with salt water
Step three: comb is back and let it set for some time *suggested to spray a bit of salt water when letting it set*
Step 4: yeah
Step 5: your done good job continue doing it and it will naturally get texture from the oils of your hair and the fact you comb it back and the salt spray will help it get more volume and even get rid of the toxins like shampoo or conditioner

@like2me152 go on no shampoo and if it gets oily wash it thoroughly for like 10 minutes to 5 and use conditioner only on the ends of your hair bc if it gets in ur scalp it causes excess oil making u greasy also certain texture powders can dry out ur hair so that might work to reduce the greasiness
My hair is super straight and flat, I also have very oily hair. I can’t style it for 💩 I’ve tried wax, pomade, and hair spray. When I was in high school I would use a straightener sometimes my hair would stay up where I wanted but most of the time it would go back down. I’ve gotten my hair textured but doesn’t seem to work either. The only thing that works is getting a perm but every time they somehow miss an area and I end up having a small section with straight hair or slightly wavy hair

just not using shampoo will not do the trick you need to use products to curl your hair cause i don't use shampoo more because it's useless and just takes time first nothing your body has a natural head cleaning mechanism shampoo at the start was used for remove hair gel but at some point the trending hair style changed and people didn't buy has much shampoo so the creator made a fake study saying that the natural agent that is made for cleaning your head is actually bad for you and that you need to use shampoo to get rid of it so in conclusion if you want to stop using shampoo it's all good just use a bit more water then usual to rinse your hair

It's actually not true ! Depending on how your scalp is, you should either go or not go on the 'No Shampoo'.
For example if your hair is flaky, oily, greasy, a 'No Shampoo' is a huge no no. Might end up making your scalp and hair dirty and look like shit.

@@typerek233 It's quite nice. U probably heard this like a million times now, ur scalp has to get used to not getting its oils stripped out. When I started no shampoo I experienced alot of dandruff because, my scalp wasn't used to it but, after 1 to 1,5 months my hair feel healthier than ever! I do use conditioner from time to time tho, otherwise my hair becomes a little dry.
I may also add it's probably not for everyone. I've heard people say their scalp's keeps over or under producing oils, no matter how long they stop using shampoo. Anyways I'd still recommend u give it a try!

its not horrible but it's moving way too much and it's really stiff too if you're gonna make your video move that much you either slow the movement down a little or make it really fluid other wise it's a bit overwhelming and it gets the viewers attention off of what you're saying and moves it to the video that's moving all over the place so that's not really what you want if you're doing advising videos.
