My 3 year old also struggles with asking nicely. If she demands something and I tell her to ask nicely, she now says, "May I let you get me a snack please?" LOL toddlers are incredible.

A tip I learned about working with a waver: section off the top sections of your and do NOT use the waver on that section. Use a curling iron on that section and the hair blends together much easier. Hope this helps someone. 💜

YES! Chewy is AMAZING! If you ever have to do doggy prescriptions they are like 1/3 of the price of getting them from the vet. When my doggy passed they sent me flowers. I seriously think they have the BEST customer service. Hope you are having a wonderful family trip 😊

Whenever I see someone talking about loving their planner it makes me want to try it out... and then I never keep up with my planners. haha I LIVE by to-do lists and I love having a month at a glance planner but for me that's it. Maybe I'll grow into being a planner person!

I saw Coldplay in 2017 in Miami and it’s one of the best concerts I’ve ever experienced.
I’m not even a huge Coldplay fan, but that was by FAR the best concert I’ve ever been to. So worth it!! Definitely go if you can.

So I’m binge watching your channel right now (new subscriber) and you’re such a natural on camera, your yourself, beautiful, sweet. Love it!
I use a straightener on that top bit that waves intensely. I do it lightly against the direction of that wave, and i usually do a quick pass or two and it does the trick. I know it sounds like a hassle to need both tools but I keep my straightener on hand all the time because that's my preferred styling tool so for me it's just a matter of turning it on for a minute to heat up enough to do it and I'm done. Worth a shot!

I am VERY into the Sharpie s-gel 0.7 pen with black ink. I just discovered you can get them with black ink but a rose gold barrel! So pretty.
Ohh Jess I’ve been having a helluva time with my baby the past couple days and I needed a good vlog to decompress with. ❤️❤️ Also hair tip… I have the revlon waver and have a similar issue with the creases on the top layer, I’ve started taking a reeeeally slim section along my part. Like 1/8 inch thick so I’m able to get really close to the root and it hides the crease underneath. Also make sure the first wave is going up and away from your scalp. Hope that makes sense! Wavers definitely take some getting used to but I looove the look!
Anyone else miss the classic Tyler and Jess goofy yet endearing sign offs at the end of videos? I totally respect your evolution of format/style/privacy but man, I sure miss the candid stuff.

I love a daily planner and use mine every day. I've been using Day Designer for 5+ years. 7 if you count the years I used their Target collabs with Blue Sky before I invested in the hardcover ones!

And the fact that you do then once a month just feels like a realistic once a month get together and chat and do makeup because you love it. Definitely see Coldplay live if you can. I've seen them twice and loved them both times. Regarding travel toiletries - buy them once, then refill what you can from home. Those small sizes are so ridiculously expensive!

I got Coldplay tickets and IM SO EXCITED! Also, when I was younger I used to watch my Mom shower almost every night. Idk why it was like I enjoyed seeing her relaxed and almost learn her routine of cleaning herself and what products she used. Is that weird I have no idea lol. But as I got older we used that time to talk about our days and enjoy each other’s company as growing women together.
When my Beagle/Bassett mix goes to the vet and he says she’s overweight I cover her ears so her feelings don’t get hurt 🤣

OMG … I am a huge Coldplay fan … I recommend going to their concert!!!
Protip: With the curler, take the center section of hair all together rather than a left and right side. Run fingers from outside edge of eyebrows all the way back to the crown at the top back of the head and section away all the rest of the hair on the sides and back. Now take a section from left side to right side about an inch thick (or maybe half inch since you have thick hair), bangs section really, so that you are holding the waver side to side rather than front to back and start the wave about 3" from the root and not holding it on quite as long so that it's less defined and more gently goes into the wave. Do each section until you get to the crown and do a little thicker chunk (again, side to side rather than front to back) but again 3" from the root. Now do the rest of the head the normal way you would.
This should prevent that bump-out on the temples.

Taylor Wynn said on the very top layer of hair, to turn your waver upside down and it gives more volume and doesn’t make that bump as much. I’ve tried it and it helps but it’s a little hard to get it close to your scalp without touching it. I live in South Bend and I love watching your videos :)
Jess! Keep a laundry delicates bag where you change and put your socks and other delicates in the bag as you change. When you’re ready to do laundry just close it and pop it in the washer. I’ve never lost a sock since!

Hi Jess! Apparently for Squid Games, the English dub over is like completely different dialogue. The director recommends English sub titles for the best translation. Interestingly he also says the opposite of what you said, the dub over doesn't give you the full effect of the acting vs sub titles. You probably already finished it but fyi for anyone that watches 🙂
Just in general stay away from it and even the subs itself aren’t totally accurate too- the honorifics in the Korean language are so important so it was a little frustrating to see when they made a nuance to something and it wasn’t translated well :,) but that’s a given for subtitles, there was even some controversy about Netflix possibly watering down the subtitles because the anti capitalistic message wasn’t liked by them…👀 just the media’s gossip though.
But anyways totally agree, the acting in their voices are really important imo. The dub just sounds so bland too… hopefully they watch it in subbed.
I have not watched (not sure if I want to), but keep hearing it all around. My question is, are ppl actually dying or just "dead" in the game?
Try the Kodiak protein quick oats! My fav is the maple n brown sugar but they have the apple one you like! I thenput a spoonful of creamy peanut butter in it and a spoonful of chobani complete yogurt that has no added sugar or lactose etc..and when I'm feeling fancy i chop a banana in it and sometimes granola. So Good AND FILLING !!

For your waver, for the top layer of your hair, flip the waver upside down! Totally gets rid of the creasing! Also I to the least amount of time on the top and more time toward the bottom :)

I walked by the planner section at Marshall’s the other day and was PUMPED thinking about how I could pick one out for next year soon.
Also, could you tell Tyler that they don’t have you run that far in marathon training plans because increasing weekly mileage too fast increases your risk of injury. Longer runs also take longer to recover from and having enough recovery time is important! You’ll know you can finish the marathon because your weekly mileage is so high towards the end of training, but then you have your taper where mileage is lower and you’re running on more rested legs for marathon day! Make sure you practice fueling and what you’ll wear!

Those lines or crimp bump at the top of your head, try this…once you clamp your hair pull down a bit first then start to crimp, if you get what I mean! Just learned this trick on a TikTok and it works perfect every time and not bump at the top kinda just all blends itself in!
We recently moved into a house that has a clear shower door and my cats are always so interested in what is happening hahah
