I thought this judge was terrific. His explanation regarding the right to travel - was one of the best I have seen. The sov cits seem to want all the benefits of civilization but none of the costs and obligations.

I saw this same guy get owned about this same issue by a different judge and he did the same thing he did this time. Instead of listening, he shuffles thru his paperwork the entire time the judge is speaking
Thought he looked familiar I saw that video so far nothing he has said makes any sense. The judge is very patient
Why has he raised any kind of motion before the court if he doesn't believe the court has jurisdiction? What kind of bizarre thinking is that?
Dude : I demand that this court, which I believe has no jurisdiction over me, does what I demand.
Court : No.
Dude : Why not?
Court : You just claimed this court has no jurisdiction.
Dude : Well, sure. But only when it doesn't suit me.
luv it, this guy has been practicing his BS in the mirror for weeks and was so gutted when the judge just breezed past into an arraignment, I find them fascinating just the way that they manage to get all this stuff online but somehow manage to filter out the overwhelmingly vast majority of information available online that debunks or shows this stuff fails and people actually failing on HD video, I understand that these people are parasites on society in the same bracket as benefit cheats but I hope they keep plugging away at it just for the comedic value.

I love your videos, but two points here.
1. Filing a motion does not grant the court jurisdiction so long as you preserve your objections to the court's jurisdiction (this allows you to fight the case WHILE challenging jurisdiction). THAT BEING SAID like most sovereign citizens he has NO ACTUAL challenge to jurisdiction here. Here the court has full jurisdiction over this issue. And even if they didnt his argument is not a jurisdictional argument its a standing arguement of the kind used in CIVIL trials used to challenge the right of a CIVIL PLAINTIFF to bring the case not the jurisdiction of the court.
2. Everything he said is a cogent and intelligible argument backed with case law. THE FACT THAT IT IS BASED ON IGNORACE AND A MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW does not make it unintelligible babble. If those WERE the issues in this case these would be good arguments. An example would be if you were saying that apple pie was the best and i said cherry pie was the best because when you bake a chocolate cake you have to follow certain steps which i then corectly list. My argument is not unintelligible or even stupid IN AND OF ITSELF it is merely inappropriate in the context it is used.
I have heard sovereign citizens who have made actual unintelligible argument (see the one about the fringe on the flag which LITERALLY COMES FROM NOWHERE MADE UP NONSENSE). As the judge says here he makes ACTUAL REAL legal arguments, they just don't apply HERE.
NOW. THAT ALSO BEING SAID, everything he says AFTER the judge explains the law IS NONSENSE AND RIDICULOUSNESS.
This guy is reading, looking for something from his manuscripts so how can he understand the judges explanations
