Great review. I'm sorry I didn't preorder this figure. I have Destro and Roadblock and am pleased with both.
I'm an old school GI Joe fan from the 1970's when Joe's were 12" tall with cloth goods uniforms and every kind of accessory you could imagine. I'm loving these Mezco Joe's; they're pure nostalgia for me.
I also grew up collecting those lol good times

@D Amazing….the silencer doesn’t need to be heated to take off…I got mine , you just twist it on and you just twist it off instead of trying to pull it off

Great review! It's a shame mezco continues to use squatty unproportioned body structure sculpts on such great articulated frames.
I am partial to the Hasbro classified snake eyes but I DO love the accessories, the hands poses the throwing stars and the weapons I wish hasbro would add extras like that.
Nice review! The Mezco is amazing, but I took the Hasbro Alpha Commando, 02 Snake Eyes, and the 52 one and made my own custom Mezco look Snake Eyes.

Not a huge Joe head so I decided I’m gonna sell off my classified figures and just pick up the mezcos since I really only want the main people, he looks so damn good can’t wait to get him!
His head looks a little big, but still love this one as much as the Hasbro one for different reasons.
Can't wait to get mine. Looking at it with other Mezco, I think Snake Eyes is too tall for that scale. Pretty sure he can't be taller than everyone else.

Speak of ninjas I wonder if Mezco will do the MMPR ninja rangers. I think that would be ideal for them to do especially since there’s the white ninja ranger
Has anyone added all the wolves from the various Snake Eyes figures with the NECA The Thing Dog transformation to see how everything scales? Based on the Mezco head sculpts and the rest, I am just wondering how it all fits together?

So timber is the same mold except for the heads and just different plastic... weird Hasbro actually gave it to Mezco

however, this proves that keeping in the line is best,
as yes, he comes with tons of stuff, but height comparison points the flaw...
we only have the 80s as reference, but Snake was shorter than Roadblock or Destro....
I mean, he can t be everything!

...and all cardboard and foam were free...
yeah, well it s going to look fab once done, all interiors are cardboard to give a warmer texture

Snake Eyes is far too beefy, and him being taller than Roadblock is downright silly.

So far Mezco's G.I. Joe line is pretty meh. This guy looks chubby with the baggy torso, Roadblock is cool but should have been bigger. Hopefully they don't drop the ball on Storm Shadow
Destro shorter than Snake Eyes and Roadblock barely the same height is a fail in my book. The Classifieds have varied heights that make sense, these absolutely don't. Honestly, the only part of this release that I prefer to the Classified equivalents are the accesories. The figures themselves I don't care about at all.

I really don’t like mezco proportions, they rarely get it right. This looks stumpy as most mezcos often do, the arms look really bad real short and hands real tiny

Mezco and Storm are true “one/twelve” scale which means they will be bigger than say, a hasbro 6inch.
@@unclejesse4271true 1/12th is often smaller, not bigger. Mezco and storm collectibles are not true 1/12th. True 1/12 is 1 inch per every foot. Snake eyes is 6 foot 2 inches tall. True 1/12 puts snakes at 6.2 inches tall. Storm collectibles is more 1/10 scale than 1/12. Even hasbro isn't true 1/12th. True 1/12th is something like figma or tbleague.
