Same as rnd 4 9.Chain 5 insert hook into the loop chain 5 & insert also into bottom intersection of the loop creating more loops 10-14. Repeat round 4 15. Repeat round 9 16-20.Repeat round 4 (You can continue in this pattern for as big as you need it.) 21. SC 5 times into each loop to strengthen the brim. 22.SC3tog around to make the brim smaller. weave ribbon or ch through the outermost loops.
