      Hi Mark, three questions:
      What water parameters do you like to keep them in?
      What water parameter is it when you decide to do the water change?
      And say the TDS is high, do you only put a small amount of shrimp salt in the water?
      I'm generally confused because sometimes the TDS gets high, and obviously i want to bring it way down but I don't want to shock them.
      Also, your shrimp set up is so beautiful and absolute paradise to me!!

    Excellent advice Mark. I had a huge colony thriving which i kept feeding heavily out of habit. I must have over fed and suffered the consequences. Less is more. Its easy to to tell a fish with a full belly. Not so much with shrimp

    I have an episode suggestion. What about doing one on fresh food? For example, how to pick them (what to look for) , prepare it and feed it.
    Like baby spinach, mulberry leaves, dandelion flowers, etc?

    For my caridina shrimp I do 10% water change every week, feed twice a day, don't feed two days a week, have lots of babies.

    Do you still keep cardinal shrimp mark?

    • @MarksShrimpTanks
      @MarksShrimpTanks  8 месяцев назад

      No unfortunatly the heater in the tank stuck on and it killed the tank, if you ever get these shrimp make sure you get a good thermostate controler like the ink bird ones.
