The two Indian men arguing over the young girl seems to be about the girl rocking back and forth while bouncing her chair to annoy the older man sitting behind her. He likely asked her to stop bouncing her chair and the dad blew a fuse. You can see the young girl continuing the behavior, meanwhile, her dad is oblivious to her antics. Kids need to be taught how to travel with some manners. My parents would never tolerate that behavior from my siblings or me at any time. When we flew places, we were on our best behavior. We knew we'd get cracked if we didn't behave, too.

How anyone - adult or child - in this day and age will travel WITHOUT earbuds/headphones so those around them won't hear what they're listening to is beyond me. Travel etiquette - manners and attire - are nearly nonexistent these days. Sad all around.

UCC-1308 is a clause sometimes contained in a commercial contract to reserve certain rights. It has nothing to do with your rights as a human outside of a commercial contract. UCC literally stands for Universal Commercial Clause.

Yea, this is always the funniest thing to me. It’s part of the BS believed by the “Sovereign Citizen” movement. Just like they try to deny the law of the state(s) and/or the sovereignty of the United States if the court contains a U.S. flag with a fringed border. They think that means it’s a “maritime flag” and the court can’t proceed with enforcing the laws because it’s not a “maritime court”. Watching sovereign citizens get owned in court is one of my favorite pastimes.

I just looked up UCC 1308 and from what I can see it's a law that reserves an individuals rights that aren't specified when signing a contract. It's to protect a signee in the case of a dispute, it has nothing to do with law enforcement.

The thing is they don’t want to recognize US law and they don’t wanna pay US taxes and use normal things like drivers licenses and car insurance. However… They are the first ones standing in line for free whatever that is only supposed to benefit a US citizen. I want to yell at them you can’t have your cake and eat it too. You either are a US citizen and you abide by all of the laws and can benefit from the perks associated with being a US citizen. If you choose to give up your US citizenship, you forfeit all those government programs etc.

There are 17 official languages in India and about 700 languages spoken across the country. Secondly, a lot of people, especially businessman speak English fluently so it’s not surprising that they are doing so here. My father was a Parsi from India and his family spoke English in the home even though they spoke Gujarati and Hindi as well.
And they may originally be from different places in India.
