I got a 96% shadow i want to power up. 15/15/13 Just no rare candies. I got a shadow for gl and ul. To many pokemon to power up and not enough candies or stardust ever.
My best O Palkia is 13/15/15 with spacial rend and aqua tail. Is it even worth powering up to lvl 40-45 for some Master League play? Not expecting to hit expert or anything.
No, scorching sands takes 6 mud shots to reach, drill run is 5 and they do the same damage. The debuff is really not important when you're trying to 1 shot steels or 2 shot everything else. You really want to reach your moves asap and outpace just about everything.

Power it up to 40 good for raids n rocket battles, thing is can you wait for a better one and when will they be back?
