tbh, they should do so when you're using VC, especially since before ppl have been reported for things that they HAVEN'T SAID in VC. As someone who has experienced the Roblox error, I've found a few solutions... Number 1: If you encounter this error , just close it and rejoin. Number 2: If that does not work then clear your history and that will probably fix it, but you can also do advanced clear but you need to remember all of your passwords. Number 3: This is the one that worked. When I was having the error, my windows would ask me: Do you want this application to make changes to your device? I clicked no and then no and after that it started installing a Roblox update and it worked! Ps: If these don't work, then I'm sorry but these are the only ways I can think of.

For mobiles, when ever you have your microphone on, there will be a little orange dot in the corner of your screen. What are you mute your microphone or not on Roblox, but that does not go away, therefore, it expose in Roblox for listening to us when they’re not supposed.

Same with discord. It's always using the mic. Muted or not. I think it might be that whenever you unmute it doesn't want to start the voice API again, so it's always recording.
