hi doc, by any chance would u share your experience on how you gain impression on a patient condition based only on liver panel? i was working on this topic and i feel like its very fun to learn.
from what i read, a high ALT will lean the spectrum towards fatty liver and high GGT with AST>ALT will lean towards alcoholic, ALT>AST both over thousands are likely to be viral hepatitis, elevate ALP GGT with normal bilirubin will likely be early biliary problem...
wonder if theres any more tips, pls instruct if im wrong, just an average med student :D

Are afp levels of 18 considered normal? In report it shows anything above 10 is not normal
As you rightly said, AFP of 18 is abnormal
