None of this has anything to do with anything recent, let alone QuakeCon since they haven't even released any footage or content whatsoever regarding Doom The Dark Ages. Just a heads up mainly since the title is misleading.
They did show gameplay on the event but people aren't allowed to record. So the footage you watched here in the video is to simply represent the description the guy made from watching the event.
Everything in the video is legit to the new footage shown behind closed doors, however none of said footage was released so the uploader had no choice but to use the trailer footage
perhaps this goes without saying, but im guessing the new demon with "arachnotron like legs" isnt the same as the arachnotron we saw in the main trailer right? Is there any further elaboration to its appearance, like is it still a brain demon?
Glory kills are back with no restrictions. One of the attendees said the now when you finish off a demon with the flail that gives you ammo, the shieldsaw has a meter and depending on what you want to do requires more same like if you want to chainsaw a heavy demon you needed a full tank of gas ⛽️. Gamescom is in 2 weeks I think we will get the reveal then because Doom is confirmed to be there
