It is so wonderful, and ground breaking, for us to learn from your brain some of the nuances involved in creating what we hear. Thank you for "putting your cards on the table". It is really inspiring to us to be able internalize the thoughts of a master like you.

Thanks ever so much Maestro Hilary for letting us into your playing experience and extensive knowledge. Of course your in depth desciption of how to play a particular piece with utmost precision and emotion, helps and inspires others in their playing, even if most of us are amateurs.

Really appreciate you taking the time to explain the details and purpose of the mute. I've heard of that part of the violin and had a basic concept of it's purpose but never heard anyone elaborate & expound on it in the way you have here. I'm so glad that you're so kind and gentle when sharing your thoughts about these different pieces, their composers, and so much more.
I was blessed to pre-order your new album, Eugène Ysaÿe: Six Sonatas For Violin Solo, op. 27, so when it dropped I was able to listen to it immediately. And now learning more about each piece directly from you is like the icing on the cake or a very special tour into sort of a historical museum for classical musicians and you're the hostess.
Thank you, Queen Hahn, sooooo much for all that you do for the classical music community and your viewers on several social media platforms. Sharing your valuable time, knowledge, and experiences with us is truly one of the sweeter moments in life that we always look forward to. Stay sweet and take care. 🎼🎵🎶🎻👸🥰💯💖🤗

I truly enjoy, respect, love, and admire Hilary Hahn's approach to each piece of music she's blessed to interpret. She puts her entire spirit, mind, body, and soul into each performance. 😇😍
Yesterday, Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, I was blessed to sit so close to her Live performance. Although she never uttered a word to the audience, the emotions were beautifully conveyed throughout her performance & even two encores! Although I've heard the Mendelssohn violin concerto many times, even by her too, this afternoon took me back to the times my late father would take me to see the symphony orchestra where I grew up and how magical 🪄💫✨️ those moments truly were. Hilary's performance in the second movement made me cry & cry 🥹🥲🤭🫠 (quietly) this afternoon. I'm ever so grateful for the gift that she is to the entire world. I only hope that I wasn't a distraction since I was literally seated right in front of her on the second row. I was completely overwhelmed with unspeakable joy and was completely elated to be there, especially since Ive been enjoying her since 2014.
Ok. Sorry for the super long text. Just wanted to make a note of how much I adore and appreciate Queen Hilary Hahn. 👸🏼🎼🎵🎶🎻🥰🤩💖💯🫶🏽
Thank you, Ma’am, so much for coming to the area and sharing your gift of music. I drove two hours just to be there and it was totally worth every second. May excellent health, continued success, love, peace, and blessings always be with you. Rest when you can & have a beautiful tour. 🤗🛩️🌐🎻😍

Hilary, I will be waiting for you to return to Detroit to come and witness a performance. Let me say this, your skill and talent which I have only seen for free (When the next pay day comes I will be getting a few of your live performance work digitally) has made my life richer. To see you infuse your playing with your soul and to hear it makes me happy. Do you know how many people you really have affected? It must be in the millions, more possibly tens of millions. Your fans surely must be as grateful as I am. You are this rare and wonderful magic that has come along in our lives and made us all fly much higher as you play for us. I hope the sentiments are not seen as sheer flattery, but real meaning towards you. I am also grateful for those who taught you, mentored you and let you bloom. Many happy years and health to you and your family this coming year. CJ

I saw you last night, in a performance, I think it was a PBS or KCET program. I was so captivated by your angelic curly hair, and beautiful little face, yes! But I was noticing that you had NO SHEET MUSIC. And of course, today I had to see you play more. And it appears you must have all these songs you play memorized, and that's what just blew me away. These pieces seem, well, they are so complicated, and so intense, I was hooked on watching you play all these songs, apparently from memory. I noticed that you have a concert coming up in Dec. 2023 in Chicago. I WOULD SELL MY RIGHT ARM TO BE ABLE TO SEE YOU PLAY THERE! I have family there, and God I wish I could give myself a Christmas present, and go see you in Chicago. You are now in my prayers, and I pray for good health, for you and your family. You have to be married, there's no way someone as beautiful and talented could be single. So God Bless, and thank you for helping me through another day of depression. Maybe one day I can meet you in heaven. I will keep your upcoming tour in prayer. Bless your beautiful little heart!

Really interesting video, and I appreciate the explanation and demonstration of the mute. One thing I didn't like: the low bass rumbling was very disturbing to me,. and I couldn't watch to the end of the video. I hope you will omit that from future videos. It's like a horror movie sound or something. It's REALLY disturbing.
