Great work! Can I mix the pigments with angelus finisher or a color paint? (For example green pigments on green paint), or does it need to be the neutral paint?
YES! you totally can!
You just have to make sure that you're mixing a nice amount of thinner and the right color pigments but I will say that the powder pigment will change the color of the original paint you're putting in. That being said make sure you don't put too much pigment without anything to dilute it a bit because then the mixture becomes grainy and sandpaper like.
Unless that's the look you're going for lol.

@@younginmedina5515 I only mixed neutral paint with the pigments, it gives a cream/off white color, but it didnt glow as i've expected, will try later with a more pigments into the paint

Is the glowing effect permanent?
If you take care of the artwork you can make it last for a very long time. It is not permanent though it can last for up to 5-10 years i believe unless it has prolonged exposure to the sun.

Is the glowing effect permanent?
Depends... if you take care of them...limit sun exposure and you should be fine for it to last a long while.
