    this wall will fail in a year or 2. no agg line to get the water out, no geo fabric to stop soil getting in drainage. and i would suggest a concrete footing for any retaining wall over 400mm high

    Not enough compaction!
    No drainage coil !
    No soil mat over the scoria!

    Sure. that smal Plate Compactor won´t compact 20cm of what ever maybe dry sand :). But as always they want to sell the stuff they offer

    And of course...what they don't tell you - that you can save a ton of money by making your own blocks from homemade moulds for literally cents. Firth would rather charge you some extortionate price like $1.50 each

    Gap7 for base? that wall will rotate/settle in a couple of years.
