This is one of those games where you make a game that should be free but because there's a challenge behind it you charge money for it
So, I just realized. That song at the beginning loops because I guarantee there's a trigger *everywhere* on ground floor, so it plays whenever anyone drops back to level 1. Instead of, y'know, actually implementing some sorta progress loss for an audio cue.

Something random I noticed Jerma mention about doing the same challenging parts you've done before. Yes with repetition you create muscle memory, but at the same time you can fall into bad habits. I've noticed in like a souls game, the first attempt of a hard boss will often be the one I make the most progress, both because I know I have nothing to lose; I'm expected to lose. Also that I have no bad habits that fight, so you go in with a totally open mind ready to react.
Practice doesn't make perfect, practice just makes permanent.
I like how the devs made an asset flip, had the audacity to charge 10 bucks for it, and still thought it was a fantastic idea to place a million invisible walls everywhere. They just *_really_* want you to go through their Roblox obby of random assets (again $10 game)-- but they like fun so much they do let you skip most of the game using random beds, so that's amazing. They don't want you to skip the amazing content that they spent hours slapping together, yet litter the world with little beds to skip it in the least interesting way possible. I hate to be mean to indie devs trying to make it, but good god, have some standards-- and by that I don't mean graphically. It's ugly, but that's the least of it's issues. I know they want that streamer dough, and I can't blame them, but I can still judge them for making a shit game and charging that much for it. And people complain about game prices being absurd, yet buy this.
As far as i'm concerned this is better than getting over it and jump king since this doesn't have the "intentionally bad controls" on top of ragebait platforming
