Oh MaryEllen, I’m wondering if maybe we are related!! I never order anything but water when going out to a restaurant either!!! Drinks are way too expensive! I have followed weight watchers for years and I’m the same way with drinks there - I would rather eat my calories, not drink them!! Likewise, I would rather pay for food, not drinks. I also raised my girls this way so could relate 100% to your Pizza Hut story. Ironically, Jen and her family always order water! Lol. The other similarity you mentioned is always having a back up of things. Doesn’t matter what it is for me, if I use something routinely I always have a back up. 👍🏻. Dear MaryEllen, I have thought about you and Jim. We have a medical situation in our family too, it is so draining and I hope and pray for both of us, there will be a good healing. Your pizza story was how a lot of us had to do, and many still are. Getting the children in on the decision making teaches them reality. We didn’t get to see the eclipse where I live. It was a cloudy day and the sun popped out that evening. I’m glad you enjoyed it.

I look forward on Sunday’s when I see you posted a video! I live in Texas and I watched the eclipse with my nieces and nephews! We had over 4 minutes of totality here! It was so fun to share it with them! My 8 yr old educated me on the whole thing since they all learned about it in school! Prayers for you husband Jim!

I feel like I have a big hole in my heart that will never be filled again. I miss him so much, but couldn’t bear to see him in the pain he was in any longer. Love the coat! My best friend passed at Christmas time and I’m still not dealing with it well so I truly understand and worst is they’re not here for you to talk it through with. My face is so dry and it's been developing dry spots. I used to use Purity years ago, but after awhile that didn't work. So far this Skinn Cleanser is pretty good. No, I don't do all my shopping on HSN.:) Oh, I don't remember how many years it's been, but when my husband and I go out to eat we always just order water with our meal. Lucky you to view the eclipse… in Delaware we were not in the best spot. Unfortunately the clouds flooded in and failed to see anything but a momentary glimpse. Still praying for Jim’s complete and speedy recovery. 🫶

Awe lovely to see you. I'm not sure how the gadget for Jim helps. We saw an eclipse years ago went down south, it was amazing. The birds went crazy and watching the dark approach us was spooky. We filmed it, our boys were younger but so appreciated that I booked us the time away they remember it well. Plus its were I was born and my grandparents loved seeing us plus other family all now passed. I lost my best friend who was 17 I was 18. I never get over that. Yes, the birds, and squirrels were affected by the eclipse. It was strange to see the street lights come on in the middle of the day. I have the same dark blue Columbia coat, but without the hood. I wish I had a hood. I get compliments on the lining. It reminds me of the wrapping on a spiral ham! lol I refer to myself as 100+ pound ham.

Glad to know about the lift assist. Since surviving sepsis 11 months ago, arthritis has intensified 😞 hips are a pain (literally) and knees ain’t so good.
I got a Michael Kors jacket in blk kinda like that at. Christmas. She showed me a picture of one like that, but it looked more quilted when arrived. So warm.

Hi MaryEllen!! Don't need that coat but it's cute. Yeah food is wild expensive these days. Even though I dry fast daily as long as possible & eat usually just one meal a day, food is getting too high for me to buy. Kinda cool bc I'm burning more fat lol but really it's very bad in Cali. I love your videos and how you share what works and doesn't work for you, You will be wishing for an early winter with that coat. :-) I understand about ordering drinks when going out. When I used to go to happy hour with my friends I always ordered club soda. I was never a drinker and gave up Coke years ago. They always got wine. The club soda was always free. Hi, my lady. I know I'm late commenting but I did watch in pieces earlier this week. I got side tracked and just now commenting. That's awesome you got to see the Solar Eclipse. I bought the glasses even though we were out of the track, lol. It ended up being a totally cloudy day but that's ok, we had the TV on and they showed it all afternoon. Guess what? We finally made it over to Buff City Soap about a week ago. I had that poor youg lady grabbing bottles of scents, trying to decide what I wanted, lol. Long story short, believe me it was long, I finally picked one with hubs help. She had already made 2 free samples (White Jasmine and Summer Nights), for me to take home and decide. Well, we decided since we drove so far to try them, just to buy one. Hubs picked Summer Nights and I agreed. Come to find out, after we left and I looked at the receipt, Summer Nights is a mix of Narcissist (yours) and Commando. It smells soooo good. I looked on the website and didn't see it so it must be a custom scent. I had to share 😊. I'm wondering for your queen sheets, do you use 2T's or 3? I did ask the young lady to add an extra shot of fragrance to my mix. We bought the one without baking soda because I keep a big bags from Sams over my washer at all times. I want to be able to enjoy the scent for a few days, at least, lol. Wishful thinking, I'm sure. I'm thinking 3 or 4 tablespoons, maybe, for my King Sheets? What ya thank? Hi Zuly!! I cannot imagine how fun it would be to g to the Buff City Soap store!!! I got some online imagines, and it looked very cool. I use 2 T in my washer, and my sheets come out clean, and smelling wonderful!! I'm late in getting back to you, but I would probably use 3 T for king size sheets.
