That you sewed so many seams while using the word “seamlessly” over and over again made me cackle each time. BTW, thank you for all you do in these “interesting times“ - the solace and joy in your artistry helps me slog through the horrific world around us. Hugs. 💜🖤💜🖤💜
Truly, that silk does look more like Blue Morpho wings than it does Obi Wan's lightsaber. So shiny! I like the scalloped lace you chose, and the little sparkly spots from the sequins. Both of them add to the butterfly wing vibes.
I know you have made a bunch of corsets and have a ton of experience but you make it look so easy. That is one of the most beautiful corsets I've ever seen.
Omg that silk! 😍 What a gorgeous colour - it looks like a kingfishers feathers, or a butterfly as you said. That corset is STUNNING, you must be so proud of it! Best of luck with your life stuff Bianca 🤞 🤞 🤞 im sending you good vibes.
Wow, this corset is stunning! I'm saving this video to reference back to once I'm ready to start my own corsetry projects. Your steps were so well laid out and clear, I feel like I'll have no trouble making my own!
You make this look SO easy, when in reality there is so much skill in every line of stitching. Beautiful work, hope you enjoy it for years to come. Best of luck house-hunting!
blown awayyyy by the fit of this corset even on TOP of that dress😮!!! and absolutely gorgeous morpho blue colour, positively OBSESSED! so so stunning, and i only hope to be able to get to sew something like this in the future 😅 THANK YOU for sharing!! much love
Your end result is stunning and I’m OBSESSED with your fabric and embellishment choices. I agree with you in describing the fabric color. It definitely reminds me of Morpho butterfly wings. You’ve done a perfect job of creating your fit and shaping of your corset. Brava!
Exquisite! Perfection! Also YES to uranium glass chandeliers! Might have to settle for a clear chandelier draped in uranium glass necklaces but it would be pretty!
What we really need is a line of silk fabrics inspired by butterflies and moths - this colour really is giving blue morpho! I never would have thought to add sequins on corset that is meant to be worn under all the fun Victorian layers but its such a good idea. That little extra sparkle is so pretty against the silk 😍😍😍😍
I rarely comment on videos, but I feel it's necessary! The project is fabulous as always! I'm watching all the ads on your videos and mostly commenting for the algorithm! Thank you for all the good times you've provided me with!
Omg that fabric! So gorgeous. Let me share with you, in case you never heard of. My father's aunt, in the 50's was a ''chacrete'', a stage assistant to a brazilian TV show and i met her later in life, her house in Rio de Janeiro was very fabulous, for the 50's. (I was there in 2000's). One thing I've never seen before was the way she put a mirror on the top corner of the bathroom, opposite to the dressing table, so she could see herself in a ''the sims'' perspective, you know what i mean? Like a third person view from above. Anyway, as you drescribed triying to tie the corset i remembered that. Of course, hers was for the hair but you can then do whatever you wish with it. Good luck with the house!
Your corset is truly a work of art. It's beautiful. Will pray that your stress level goes down and that the dust settles in your favor soon. Happy Thanksgiving!
😊I just bought a few bulbs that change colour, so when you mentioned your coloured lights it made me grin from ear to ear. I just love that blue silk, you’re right it’s so much like that pretty blue butterfly. The colour shifting is stunning.
how absolutely stunning that looks miss bianca!!!! you have certainly been busy over the last few weeks, and oh boy was this such a treat to watch!! Corsetting videos are always my favorite, and you make it look so absolutely effortless (my half finished first attempt at a corset looks nowhere near so good, but i guess i should just rewatch your videos again before i pick it up again haha) LOVE the fabric---I had no idea the obikin silk looked so pretty in person! (though i do love that they named it obikin because that does mean that someone on their team ships anikin/obiwan, and i find that fantastic lol) and that lace! i always find nice lace to be some of the hardest stuff to find, but yours suits the corset so delightfully and matches the flossing so beautifully
wow... as always you do an amazing job... love the color choice... and the flossing details with the lace really do add some nice finishing touches... your makeup is on point as well... hugs from Dallas...
The material is so stunning!! The corset is really stunning too. While you’re waiting and worrying and everything don’t forget to get an allergy appointment while still in the city. It might make your life easier in the long run!
Bianca, this is absolutely GORGEOUS ... what a glorious fabric, and a stunning final garment. Sending you good vibes from "the land Down Under" that the dust settles for you soon, and that the settled dust makes a pattern that pleases you!!
I wanted to watch this as a background for when I am taking calls at work (no audio) I could't, your commentary is too precious and entetaining to miss.
Most Excellent! Exquisite! I've watched this twice now and hope to find more time to watch it again. Blessings on all of your endeavors! May you find peace of mind and joy!🫖📚🐈⬛❄️
The silk is lovely. And it's color does remind one more of the beautiful butterfly than a lightsaber. You are excellent at choosing color from the silk baron site. It goes without saying, the garment is Well done as always.💜💜💜
Wow, that is a work of art! Magnificent. Between patterning and sewing you are so precise and skilled - I know how hard it is to get a corset without wrinkles and your is perfectly smooth.
Omg I was so confused and then I realized you’re a genius. Sewing the pieces as a “sandwich”together so your seams are encased. This was so much nicer of a finish them me struggling through external corset bones. Thank you!🙏🏻
simply stunning. .... and such a perfect color match for the dress. I laughed out loud when you spoke of approaching your limits, which already far exceed most ... 💚
Don't know what they're called in english, but there's a wonderful kind of lamp we call a moonlight lamp here. They're made of colored glass (usually pink, blue, green, or white), and have a lightbulb inside. I think they're originally from the late 19th and early 20th century. The light is wonderfully soft, and comfortable.
1. the corset is AMAZING and looks wonderful on and off. 2 Your velvet dress/top is very striking, especially with that broach. 3. I missed you last Thursday and was hoping you were ok and that your absence was good news. 🤞🤞🤞
A uranium glass black light chandelier sounds like an awesome idea! Would be a fun project - maybe one could be made with glass shards from uranium glassware…? 🤔 The iridescent shades of that fabric are gorgeous! And the shape of the finished corset is perfect, so sharp and dramatic. Love it!
I think the price point of uranium glass, the safety reasons, and the way collectors would harass a person would dissuade most people from this. But with wire wrapping like jewelry of dishware and the restringing of beads I bet something could be done. Then it's just the price point
@ there’s probably an awful lot of broken glass out there already, but as you say, probably in museum or private collections. I’m guessing that at the time uranium glass was popular, black lights weren’t yet in common usage so a contemporary chandelier is unlikely.
Crossing my fingers for you if the flying dust you're sitting in is a house! Corset looks absolutely stunning, so jealousy of the silhouette you can achieve haha
This is absolutely beautiful. You've outdone yourself with the vibe here. The background music is a lullaby. I slow down the playback to .75 and this absolutely beautiful to drift to sleep with. I just needed to comment how beautiful this corset came out! When I have the space, eventually when we move from rental, I am going to ask for a sewing machine. You've been such an inspiration to my crafts over the years, like a craft buddy. I hope your house hunt in New England is working out! I've seen some cute homes go for sale in South Hadley, MA under 300k. Enfield, CT also, but I don't know Enfield so well. I hope you have a beautiful holiday season ❤❤
That is so beautiful. And of course led to the exclamation, "Where the F can I buy hip spring like that..." The dress you were wearing was stunning too, and now I'm thinking, "how would Bianca work her dart wizardry to make that lovely one-shoulder gather?" and am thinking it out LOL. Yeah, I know, padding. And poofy dress to hide the padding. So instead I've decided my next project is a ridiculous lab coat for soapmaking where it's actually going to be the mockup for a Victorian jacket I want to draft to eventually make to go with my Victorian Walking Skirt I made in spring. Complete with ridiculously poofy sleeves. And I hope your "waiting phase" settles out some of the dust and results in the house of your dreams (cause I'm assuming you've found somewhere you like and am crossing all the fingers and toes that will cross for you!), or at least something somewhere tolerable and within budget that can eventually be the house of your dreams.
I watch on my TV and could not make comments. So, I am answering on the wrong video. Congrats on your new Victorian house in upper NY. I know it is close to your heart.
This is such a gorgeous corset. You did such a great job. PS: I love the gown you wore while modeling the corset. It has such a beautiful drape and fits uou so well.
Sometimes violence is the answer :) I always seem to learn some new technique or trick with your videos, I appreciate you greatly for your thoroughness and explanations! Also yes floors are awful I never understand how people sit or lay down on a hard floor. I personally always end up with some kinda numbness and pins and needles tingling when I stand up again 😂 Beautiful colours, the thread was a perfect choice. Looking forward to your next adventures! :D
That you sewed so many seams while using the word “seamlessly” over and over again made me cackle each time. BTW, thank you for all you do in these “interesting times“ - the solace and joy in your artistry helps me slog through the horrific world around us. Hugs. 💜🖤💜🖤💜
Came to the comments to mention the very seamy seamlessness. 😅
😅😂🩵

Ooooooh - uranium glass chandelier! Now there’s a thought!
Oh yes! I thought that was an awesome idea, perfect for a bit of spooky-look!
Honestly this corset is soo good, I hope you will never hide it under layers. That color, OMG! And that waist is insane.
Wow, this corset is stunning! I'm saving this video to reference back to once I'm ready to start my own corsetry projects. Your steps were so well laid out and clear, I feel like I'll have no trouble making my own!

Biancaaaa you are killing me!! Gorgeous work as always, and I so appreciate your patterning descriptions, thank you!
That lace and the flossing are just the right touch. Very elegant and I love the color.😊
My ex has a uranium glass light shade, and it looks amazing with a black light under it!!
❣💯
blown awayyyy by the fit of this corset even on TOP of that dress😮!!! and absolutely gorgeous morpho blue colour, positively OBSESSED! so so stunning, and i only hope to be able to get to sew something like this in the future 😅 THANK YOU for sharing!! much love
This turned out great! The iridescent silk really shimmers.

I'm obsessed! The colours, the floss and lace embellishments, the shape! Absolutely beautiful!
I have never seen a vaseline glass chandelier but that doesn't mean there isn't one out there. This came out spectacularly!
You've made me add to my vintage shopping want list with this information! 😍
Google it. They’re out there and just as gorgeous and dramatic as you’d expect.
I rarely comment on videos, but I feel it's necessary! The project is fabulous as always! I'm watching all the ads on your videos and mostly commenting for the algorithm! Thank you for all the good times you've provided me with!
That silk is to die for! And the fact that a corset looks so stunning on you gives me a lot of hope, insofar as we have practically the same figure. 😅

I agree! I am so stealing this idea and saving it for my future home because it would be perfect!

the fabric choice is fabulous! 😍 and watching you make the corset is so soothing in the midst of all the madness. Thank you for sharing!
Oooh looks fabulous! Uranium glass chandeliers would look amazing; love the sound of that a lot. 😍
Yes yes, Morpho butterfly!! That colour and shine ❤❤❤. Stunning work. I will watch again many times.
wow... as always you do an amazing job... love the color choice... and the flossing details with the lace really do add some nice finishing touches... your makeup is on point as well... hugs from Dallas...
Oh my gods that silk!!!! 😍 Mojo for all the dust to settle exactly where you wish!
Stunning! That hip spring is 😮😮😮!
I love watching items "appear" as you keep sewing. I'd end up with a disaster!😊
The material is so stunning!! The corset is really stunning too.
While you’re waiting and worrying and everything don’t forget to get an allergy appointment while still in the city. It might make your life easier in the long run!
That colour is so gorgeous. I love the sequins on the flossing as well!!!
Bianca, this is absolutely GORGEOUS ... what a glorious fabric, and a stunning final garment. Sending you good vibes from "the land Down Under" that the dust settles for you soon, and that the settled dust makes a pattern that pleases you!!
The iridescent fabric really accentuates that hourglass shape in your fancy lighting! Just beautiful!
You’re in such a bloom right now, it’s spectacular to witness
My goodness you're a phenom. Amazed as always at your mastery. Sending best wishes for everything working out.
I wanted to watch this as a background for when I am taking calls at work (no audio) I could't, your commentary is too precious and entetaining to miss.

The fit on this project is PERFECTION…
That is so shiny and pretty! You've done such a great job. Thank you for sharing with us ❤
Spectacular! Just the right amount of sequins and embroidery! I LOVE the way you styled it. That you so much for sharing!
Omg I was so confused and then I realized you’re a genius. Sewing the pieces as a “sandwich”together so your seams are encased. This was so much nicer of a finish them me struggling through external corset bones. Thank you!🙏🏻
Absolutely love this color. Totally agree butterfly wings
I’m in love with that fabric 👀😍 what a magical cooler changing weave !!
I AM OBSEEEESSSSED OMFG??? this color is everything
How stunning! It looked so beautiful during construction, but once you were modelling it, it looked exquisite!
simply stunning. .... and such a perfect color match for the dress.
I laughed out loud when you spoke of approaching your limits, which already far exceed most ... 💚
Simplesmente Espetacular Maravilhosa Magnífica🤩🥰🤩🥰🤩🥰🙂😉🙃🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Fabulous piece as always, both this silk and your skills are amazing 💙
'The hooks for the corset busk always go on the right hand side' - I never knew this!
My goodness, that's gorgeous! The colour of that silk is absolutely scrumptious!

Lovely corset, you’ve got real talent! Best wishes
I love the color of the fabric!!! It almost looks metallic.
I adore this! The color is so gorgeous and it looks so lovely with your dress! ❤
So gorgeous. You are so skilled!
Bloomin' lovely. Great job when it was a tough time too. This went a long way to bring some joy today.
The corset is gorgeous, but so are you ❤❤❤❤❤
That blue is such a beautiful color! You made a lovely corset 😊 I'm excited for the upcoming transitions in your future 😉
Tiny changes, gorgeous result. 🖤
Mr fingers are crossed for your updates to be good news! This corset came out amazingly, also. That silk is gorgeous!
Love the morpho fabric. 🌈🌈🦋🦋
This is so beautiful. The color makes me think of the blue morpho butterfly
WOW!!!! Absolutely stunning!
It's absolutely stunning! Phenomenal work.
The colours in the fabric 😍😍
Absolutely gorgeous x
