And every time it is rebuilt, the design changes, as the different collors aren't put in the exact same locations as previous irerations. New colors could even be added, as time goes on, as well. An ever changing guitar.
Sounds great! I would love to hear how it sounds in a follow up video without all the added effects on the recording. Just the natural acoustics without layering.
Yeah, he’s using so much post processing. You can hear the guitar being doubled by a piano synth. Notice how loose those strings are too not to mention the mic placement? Doesn’t make a lot of sense.
@@michaelsnydermusic The guitar may be tuned down below standard pitch but I don't think the strings are 'loose' - the frame rate of the video (or shutter speed of a camera) causes that wobble effect with guitar strings. The guitar on its own might not sound great without the effects & overdubs, but he's used it very effectively to produce something different.
@@michaelsnydermusicThose strings look loose, because of the camera's frame rate, and the strings vibration rate, were just right, that you see something you wouldn't with just the naked eye.
Love the tone a lot. The melody is perfect for this theme. Well done. Great job. Would love to hear strings behind this to give it an even more epic feel to it.
I love how you briefly show the assembly then leap right into playing, not wasting time with a long video of making it then seconds of playing like some people do. Also, great song and playing!
At the very beginning I thought this was kind of silly. Halfway through I was captivated. By the end, I was in awe. Thanks for sharing One-of-a-kind content and your beautiful gifts.
It makes me miss all the Legos I had. We weighed them one time on a bathroom scale and with all the pieces in four 33 gallon trash bags. Total came to just over 90 pounds. I can remember the creations I came up with, but I never thought about making a guitar. It sounds so hauntingly beautiful! I know you got rid of many of your other creations, but this one needs to be put into a museum. Thank you for doing this. I'm becoming a bit nostalgic and want to go get some Legos now. Not just to build a guitar, but an amp and a few other items. Your ideas are so off the wall but so very beautiful. Call Lego, I know they will want this.
I think you nailed it when you said it sounds “percussive”. I couldn’t put my finger on what it sounded like at first, then it hit me…it sounds a little like a piano! So cool. A very warm and rich sound.
I found this uniquely. Most of your songs have a life lesson that I can relate to myself. I'm really thankful for the moment you share to the world. Thank you.
Most impressive! The build and the song. I’m hearing piano and cello notes in the bass, which I wouldn’t have guessed from a Lego guitar. Very eye-opening and inspiring. 🙏
That was great sound and a great story to boot! You’ve got to make a deal with Lego’s to form some rounded pieces for comfort and create a new guitar line, autographed from yourself! Factory in the kids room with all their friends, then you can string them up! I’d buy one!
the feeling is the guitar saying i missed u i had the same thing when i got my first guitar out of storage and played it for the first time in 5 years dint srtuck a single string i whas just holdin it crying i missed it so much then i played and the sadness whas replaced whith a very warm nostalgic and warm feeling guitares are strait up magick my dude
I'm not sure how much it has to do with the effects/production, but it sounds a lot like a piano to me. A piano on which you play harmonics is pretty cool! I know all instruments have harmonics, but you know what I mean
You’re right. I doubt this thing even functions. He us using a lot of post processing. As you said it’s most likely being doubled by a piano synth. Notice how loose those strings are? That wouldn’t allow him to be making these notes, it’d be much lower and muddy sounding. None of it makes a lot of sense.
Dear, the guitar is interesting but the music is glorious! That was superb! Beautiful! Bless you! Blessings to your life! Keep it coming! Blessings from Brazil!
It's almost like the sound of guitar rendered for an older game or show, before audio tech made the sounds clean as they are. But it's still so crisp as to be unique and good as it is now. Nostalgia for days with this one.
Every piece is a chamber of its own. Bernth signature guitar, made of vintage lego pieces of the same era..."we have gone to depths to find and collect the vintage pieces to form the unique sound, with every shade of colour..."
Two large plastic bins full of Legos sit in my storage shed, untouched for maybe a decade or so. My two-year-old loves building together with her wooden blocks, and talks about when she'll be big enough for us to play with my Legos together.
It sounds like a combination of a regular Spanish guitar, a steel strung acoustic with really old dead strings and a piano with the left footpedal constantly held down. Unique. The piece he's written is nice as well, with the unusual tuning.
I'm amazed that it sounded like that. I thought sound would be dull and difficult to hear. How loud is it without the mic? Is the body mostly hollow? How much was glued together? I'd imagine that you'd have to glue the section between the neck and bridge to hold up under the tension of the strings.
Listen to this new song 'Memories' on Spotify ▶ spoti.fi/3SYEptF
Make a guitar 🎸 out of pasta next 😂
Cannot get over how good this song is!
Then again, your songs are always amazing, Bernth lol
Good song to sleep to
This would be a great song for an RPG game. Amazing song!
I have an idea....... guitar made of ice to play the coldest song
Finally a guitar that you can smash at the end of a show and have a roady rebuild it for you.
Underrated comment right here
And every time it is rebuilt, the design changes, as the different collors aren't put in the exact same locations as previous irerations. New colors could even be added, as time goes on, as well. An ever changing guitar.
Instead of smashing, some roadie could rearrange the blocks here there and everywhere to find the best sound!
Here's my like. I'd give you more if I could.
At least until you shred so hard you melt faces and guitars.
Mom: He’s gonna be an architect when he grows up!
Bernth now: “Guitarchitect”
Rob Johnson - Guitarchitecture
thats actually funny
@@a6b59ghj51d they should make it an elective class in high school now ;-)
I tried to pronounce that as a German word
Then he joined "Architects"
It sounds beautiful, but I’m curious to hear what it sounds like outside the recording studio, just plain ol’ raw.
Sounds great! I would love to hear how it sounds in a follow up video without all the added effects on the recording. Just the natural acoustics without layering.

I'm so happy you jumped right into playing so quickly. I came here to hear a Lego guitar, and I was not disappointed.

I'm joking too dont take it seriously...
It’s all the little parts vibrating and singing together. Sounds awesome
"I start feeling something strong" - that's the sharp corners of the blocks digging into your arm!
Whoa.. guitar underwater and now this 🤘🤘no boundaries
Right...super creative
Dude, sometimes we can build something new with what we thought we lost in the past. That hit hard! Awesome video Bernth, you're a treasure.
Well done!
There’s no guitar that sounds bad with you playing it man. A true gift and talent to have mastered the guitar already while you’re youthful.

When you love lego and music so much:
Awesome guitar, and beautiful music! It's been a pleasure watching your channel over the last couple of years, as you grow and expand your talent.
I think that's the song that will forever be one of my favorite, first listen, I almost cried, the sound of that guitar, and your playing...Dude wow
Amazing compositions! Love your music, man
if i were to put something on that guitar, i would put lego warriors doing random poses
0:28 sounds like a lowered and sped up version of every breath you take
Time to write a concerto for the LEGO guitar and philharmonic orchestra.
Absolutely marvelous
What a warm and mystic sound!
Impressive and beautiful! I wanna see the marks on your forearm from leaning against the legos!
That sounds really good, I don't think I've ever heard anything like it :)
The sound at 0:52 sounds more more like a harp than a guitar.
I absolutely love the tone, it's fantastic!!! And the feeling is so strong!
Awesome song and arrangement ! Im curious to hear what it sounds on its own too 👍
Kinda nostalgic of the waterworks/farewell series sounds similar but not same. Also nostalgic a bit of childhood cuz i was playing a lot with legos.
I still play a lot with legos
I got the same vibes from certain parts. I listen to waterworks and farewell so much.

Surprisingly great sound!
This one, in my opinion, is the best one from Bernth so far
Woah! That guitar sounds amazing! I’ve never heard, or seen, anything like it! Definitely brings back the nostalgia for me!
Woah! That sounds amazing! Really warm deep sound.
It would be cool to hear a dry, isolated sample of the guitar.

Talented in both music and Lego construction. Brilliant.
You’re right about it sounding percussive. At some points, it sounds remarkably like a mallet keyboard instrument. Marimba-like. I love it!

It's what a haunted house would sound like and you really want to live in it anyway. The Lego guitar is awesome!
The humble LEGO block...pretty amazing sound from that guitar. Who knew what could be created just from these small plastic toys?.
Congratulations! I was ready to be skeptical but it's really nice. Good choice of nylon strings for this.
The sound is really cool, sort of haunting and really unique.
