Man...I haven't listened to 3DG in a long time, but now that I think about it that band influenced my music tastes more than anyone else. Before I heard them I had basically just been listening to whatever was popular at the time or whatever people in my family liked which was mostly classic rock, country, and some pop. Somehow I still remember it--of all things is was an AMV that started it even though at that point I didn't know what anime was. It was a Pokemon AMV of "Animal I Have Become". It felt truly new to me and I was immediately intrigued. I fell in love with it and they were my favorite band for years, and they caused me to develop my own music tastes for the first time and it became all about rock for me in middle school, in high school metal became my main thing, when I graduated my tastes began branching out more and more over time. I don't know if anyone will even read this but this random clip took me down memory lane for a bit which was nice.
