Else, they still keep disrespecting and hurting people.

People talk about red flags, it is a red flag if he doesn't appreciate your keeping yourself till marriage, it is also a red flag if he's okay with it for you but he's having sex. The Nigerian wedding movie that featured Banky W and his wife; he went on the Journey with her because he loved her, he did not complain at all. In our case the Love of God in a man will make him help you on the journey till you both groups married. May the Holy Spirit guide you on what to do.

Hi Ogechi, we all know that our body is the Temple of God and should be protected from all things that are not of God. The Bible talks about taking care of your body including your dressing, what you eat, drink etc as the Holy Spirit cannot dwell in an unclean space. In celibacy, some do it till the find the next best person, some do it so they can just be clear and some do it as a sacrifice but it becomes Sexual purity when you're entire being (mind, body & soul) is offered as a sacrifice to God. This shows that your thoughts and actions are of God's will and when God looks within he will not be able to find anything unclean. Jesus said it's not the act that makes it Fornication or Adultery alone but also the thought. I hope this gives a better understanding ❤.

In the old testament, when the law of adultery and fornication was given, if you don’t have physical sex with someone, even though you lust after them with your eyes and mind, you are believed not to have committed any sin of adultery or fornication. We can say you are celibate even though in your mind you have slept with like 20people. But when Jesus came, He came to teach sexual purity. He taught us that even if you dont physically have sex with somone, but in your mind, you lust after them or had sex with them in your mind, you have already committed adultery/fornication. So see it this way, Celibacy = Physical abstaining but your mind and spirit is still drooling after the opposite sex. Sexual purity = Your Physical body, plus Spirit and soul is staying totally away from any sexual actions or sexual thoughts outside marriage. So you may be practicing celibacy but not entirely Sexually pure. But sexual purity captures all your spirit soul and body and makes you fear God in thesense that you stay away physically but your heart is also away from it
I agree to this sexual purity and celibacy thing i have been practicing it for a very long time now but one thing ive come to understand is that overcoming sexual urge is not easy we should come to reality because as for we the ladies truth should be told when menstruation and ovulation period sets in our body always respond to the sexual urge that comes from it so how can we overcome this when we are practicing sexual purity and celibacy?because no body ever talks about this side when it comes to sexual purity stuff ,please lets leave spirituality out of this and face reality

I agree to this sexual purity and celibacy thing i have been practicing it for a very long time now but one thing ive come to understand is that overcoming sexual urge is not easy we should come to reality because as for we the ladies truth should be told when menstruation and ovulation period sets in our body always respond to the sexual urge that comes from it so how can we overcome this when we are practicing sexual purity and celibacy?because no body ever talks about this side when it comes to sexual purity stuff ,please lets leave spirituality out of this and face reality

I don’t understand you people saying you’re not celibate you’re sexually pure. Part of sexual purity is being celibate. 😂😂😂 Saying it like it’s two polar opposites just sounds silly. No offense. Yes, celibacy needs to be beyond abstaining from sex and should cut into your thoughts as well. However, if not that you were simply baiting us, I don’t see why you felt the need to say you’ve never been celibate, then you go on to explain celibacy 😂😂😂
