@@MarkJones-o7u Yes, I can see that. Also the kind of pinched creases on the '67 & '68 Impala. The green AI cars here are a mish-mash of various '60s Impalas on the various ones shown, and some are quite attractive. Since designers can no longer design beautiful cars that will EVER see the light of day in reality, this is the closest we're ever going to get. I don't like the fact these channels are presenting them as real though. Chevy/GM and many other companies are out of making "cars" almost altogether. They've been permanently replaced by what we see everywhere we look. Corvette is one of the few American cars left that's a car at all.
The U.S automakers should do really well with these old style models ! This is going to " increase " their sales dramatically . People love seeing vintage cars especially prior to the seventies ! I'm all for it 100% ! Mark E. Switzer
That's ALL it is, Mark. Some fun "what if's" courtesy of AI. I can't believe (actually I can) just how many other "car guys" can be so f'n stupid to fall for this as being real; God!
This is absolutely perfect design for 2025 come back of the Impala from 1965-1967 body design. And also has the tail design for the 58, 60 - 64 with the 3 tail lights. Totally Absoutley Beautiful design with no changes! I would love to be able to order one today of this design.
The auto industry today have no new designs. All the sub and sedans look the same. Back in the day, you could tell what make and model you were looking at because the different makes had different designs. Today, they all look alike with only little things like headlights or bumpers looking different. The auto industry have lost vision of new designs. They just copy each other!
If somebody would bring back the same looks as the old days they would outsell I promise you. If they built a impala that looks exactly like the old ones but with all new materials that would be so bad ass
My 1st car was a 65 SS super sport fast back 327 4 barrel 4 speed bucket seats dual exhaust hell yea, if they really do bring them back, they are going to change every tool and die out and just making tools and dies is gonna cost a but load money but id love it if they did man they won't be able to keep up the demands of the public 😅 we'll see
@@modbyarturo I'm grateful for Rich people! I supported the economy for 44 years while I worked, Time to pass the torch to the Rich people because the rest of the people are struggling to survive. 😆
Don't play with my emotions like that. We will never see it but would be far better with, say, a 3.0 turbo v8. Just gotta be able to hear it. Beautiful automobile!
I’ve always wanted GM ,Chevrolet, Pontiac & Caddillac to bring back cars from the sixties fifties seventies but I would still wanted it to be a restomod looks like my Father GOD is answering my prayers Thank you in the mighty name of my LORD JESUS
If they built a impala like this that looks exactly like the old one on the outside but inside brand new tech and luxury, I would buy one and I say I wouldn’t buy anything over a 2010 now
They need to offer station wagon four door and removable hardtop for convertible. A bench seat. Pluse the colors of 50 and 60 plus non turbo engine for fuel mileage
The only thing that should be changed and I believe they would sell 10 times as many is: to delete the turbo charger and replace with a Super Charger like they had on the 99 Buick Regal Grand Sport. No stock 350 V8 could keep up with it. I know I had one!! Turbo’s SUCK!!
The rear looks like a 62 the back sides look like a 65 and the front kinda reminds me of a 63 and 64. They won't do anything cool like that but it's wishful thinking. It would be cool to see that and to see the amount of chrome that they had back in the day on a modern car. I'd even love to see the return of a carburetor and mechanical throttle lol as well as a dipstick for transmission fluid
I would buy this car immediately. However, these ads are nothing but teasers that will NEVER happen especially if General Motors touches it. Manufacturers are no longer willing to take chances and continue to clone their designs. It is hard to tell one car from another today. Bentley or Volkswagen or Chrysler? I can't tell. Sorry it was a Chevrolet!
This is a lie!!! I just called Chevrolet's corporate office and was sent to marketing to answer my question on if there would be a Chevrolet Bel Air car displayed for 2025 at the Texas State Fair's Auto Show for Chevrolet, which starts at the end of this month in Dallas Texas. Chevrolet always has a huge presence of cars for the upcoming year. She said no, they are not bringing the Chevrolet Bel Air back for 2025. I then asked would a concept car be shown for it at the Dallas State Fair, she said no, no such concept car exist. I told her videos are all over YT for this car. She really had no comment for that. But Chevrolet is not bringing this car back in a retro or modern look. My summation, these videos are created for click bait and the producers make tons of money for it. It's probably the same for the Impala and the El Camino. All click bait.
Thanks for the warning but it occurred to me that if GM starts to see all these YT videos, it may occur to them that this might just be a really good way to boost flagging auto sales, especially with the upcoming depression, they will need something really spectacular to attract buyers in a comatose market. Not only that but these RUclips videos might be able to be licensed for GM to use in their advertising. I don't think GM can ignore this because RUclips is already creating the demand. Amazing! Almost like the Classic Coke advertising switcheroo scam.
I heard that you can still buy brand new 57 Chevies in Cuba and South America, as well as other model years because these countries would buy the body dies from GM, so they can punch out new cars in poor countries that cost way less. I suspect that you would have to be really far up on the food chain to ever be allowed to import any of them into North America.
Nice looking auto, wish it would be true if Chevy resurrect classic model, l have noticed one problem, bring back the bench front seat, this way the honey can snuggle next to her man when cruzing down the road.
It's all for the rich now anyway, cars like that used to be obtainable to any hard working person but now the average person is forced to buy a little tiny over priced roller skate death trap to drive.
If Chevy brought back The Impala and made it look like this, I would buy it! Bring back this kind of styling! Make Cars Great Again!
I have often imagined car manufacturers bringing back past auto body designs. I would love to see this happen.
It is, here and only here!
