सर क्या पुलिस रेग्युलेंटिंग एक्ट 1861 में बदलाव किये बगैर हम अपनी विधिक प्रकिया में बदलाव को महसूस कर सकते हैं? क्योंकि पुलिस राजनेताओं/सत्तापक्ष के पाकेट में है और हमारे समाज के 75% अपराध/अपराधियों की पश्रयदाता भारत की राजनीति है, भारत का पुलिस सिस्टम है। व्यवहारिक रूप से देखा एंव समझा जाये तो पुलिस का अन्वेषण का तौर तरीका ही सदीयों पुराना, अव्यवस्थित, अव्यवहारिक और भेदभावपूर्ण है, हमें स्वीकार करना होगा कि हमारे देश के 90% थाने राजनेताओं की सिफारिश पर मुकदमों का अन्वेषण करते हैं न की विधिक प्रकिया, मानक के अनुरूप नहीं है, सर इस पर बात जरूर करियेगा। 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
न्याय तो न्याय है ही नहीं, अगर वो खर्चीला है और समय पर नहीं मिलता। भारत के लोग कितना भी टैक्स दे देंगे, अगर न्याय का खर्चा पब्लिक मनी से हो। अगर न्याय जल्दी मिलेगा तो खर्च कम भी आएगा।

The new law has been designed to curve the Muslim citizens of India. Such prejudices must be protested.
Sir at age 23,in 2013, I got a govt job and in 2015 last evening batch of DU law I took admission LC1 but due to job and strict biometric attendance at 6pm I used to reach 7pm inclasses and after classes many times I missed last metro to dwarka.
I requested my managers to let me leave before half hour and started coming to office atleast 45mins early but they didn't. (Koi Maa baap nahi tha jack ke liye).
now even today I wish to do law but not enough fortunate to leave job.
I reason for special attraction towards law was because I used to take department file to CAT/High court and liaison with lawyers. That gave me alot of confidence ke yar lawyers ka kaam baada aacha hai.. judges ke saamne case rakhna wo personality and all.
Then in 2016i cleared CGL now posted 600 kms from delhi feel like kaash job chhod deta..
Maze ki baat ye hai my cousin is a reader in court.
I would have made a career in law it still interests me alot.
But ab bak bak ka no use.
So those who are in early twenties make career which gives you energy while working and not the one which take your energy.
We see very old senior lawyers working with tremendously bcoz they enjoy it every line of writing...

Sir, a request to talk about BNS 69 & it's provisions in your future videos
It was a golden opportunity to incorporate discharge provision in complaint summon case, but nothing exist.
Secondly, no provision for providing FIR to accused or status report as he is also a affected party. He has to get bail etc. even in so called crime against women, but no provision for fair investigation, where, accused can say investigation on this aspect also, once chargeshy filed or before but complainant still make day to day application.
Investigation is made equivalent to prosecution in present law making victim centric instead of justice centric like fair right to defend.
Ajjeb clarification hai, roj release karo, roj arrest karo till 60 days Or 90 days.

Its usless formality just changing the mere numbers what they want to show if number remains the same and the what they want to change as law simply change that either changing the punishment and duration of crime .the goverment wants every one either police or judiciary must learn from bigening every one involved in something and dont pay attention to what goverment is doing lawers and judiciary are eminient persons involving them in something new

There is no official *National Song* though it is sung at schools in morning assembly. Although in this regard, a writ petition is subjudiced in Delhi High Court. However in practice it is obligatory! WHY? Kindly make a video in this matter.

Abhi bhi ye agni pariksha statutory presumption ki form mein exist karta hai.bach gaya to kismat, latak gaya to justice under statutory law. Kuch nahi badla, bas shabd badal gaye hai. Agar rebut kar paya, jo vakil ki competence par depend karta hai warna latakna tya hai. Ek rape case ko defend karne mein lagbagh 5 lakh fuk jaate hai, jo har affairs ke breakup ke baad hamesha padta hai, ab marital rape in wait, practically pushing the man to brim end. Ye blood money Italian marine ke case mein use kiya tha, even our nurse is being brought after paying blood money from arab.
