फैज़ान साहब माशाअल्लाह आप ने वक़्फ़ एक्ट को बहुत ही प्यारे ढंग से और बड़ी सरलता से वक़्फ़ एक्ट को आम आदमी को समझाया,आज हालत यह है की वक़्फ़ इंतेज़ामिया कमेटी क़े 95% मुतावलियो को यह जानकारी नहीं की वक़्फ़ कितने किस्म का होता है, आप एक बात अपने इस वीडियो मे एक बात बताना भूल गये की वक़्फ़ कमेटियों की आमदनी का 7% निगरानी चंदा स्टेट गवर्नमेंट वसूलती है, जिसमे 6% राज्य सरकार और 1% चंदा केंद्र सरकार को जाता है.
वक्फ के कानून में बदलाव होनी चाहिए क्योंकि इसके पहले का कानून भी अच्छा नहीं था जिसके वजह वक्फ के बहुत सी जमीनें पर अवैध कब्जे हुए हैं l *वक्फ में एक बदलाव ये होना चाहिए की आम मुस्लिम की पहुंच हो सके वक्फ बोर्ड तक l *वक्फ की जमीनों का उपयोग होनी चाहिए मुस्लिमो के बच्चो के मॉडर्न एजुकेशन के लिए l *खाली पड़ी और अवैध कब्जे जमीनों हुए वक्फ के जमीनों पर बे घर मुस्लिमो को घर देने का प्रावधान होना चाहिए l *वक्फ के जमीनों पर दुकानें बननी चाहिए और उसमे मुस्लिम युवकों/युतियों को अपना छोटा सा बिजनेस करने का अधिकार होना चाहिए l सबसे जरूरी की :- वक्फ बोर्ड के मैनेजमेंट का गठन जमीनी स्तर से शुरू होनी चाहिए और इसमें सभी मुस्लिमो को वोट देने का अधिकार होना चाहिए l वक्फ बोर्ड के मैनेजमेंट के गठन में सरकार इस दबाव नही होना चाहिए , इसमें आम मुस्लिम जिसके पास भारतीय वोटर आईडी है उसके वोट से जीतकर आना चाहिए l @@shahnawazahmad7924

In my view ,waqf law is being amended to stop the misuse,misconceptions connected to board and correct old follies done in regard to enemy property after the partition and keep the undue activities by the people involved in daily routine of the board in check. Making law to stop abuse of law is ridiculous. What is required is enforcement of law. As a country we do not show willingness to enforce laws in all spheres.

The origins of modern trust is from the concept of Wakf- Mr Faizan should have clarified this. Also, the European and common law trust laws were based on Muslim concept of Wakf. Further, Mr Faizan should clarify that the Islamic concept is egalitarian and inclusive and that dedicated to Allah does not necessarily mean that it has to be only for Muslim. Generally, anything that benefits the public will be considered for the sake of Allah- for example digging a well for all people and animals, planting of trees, opening of a serai for travelers, a school.

Who has stopped you? It seems you have still not understood what is Waqf. Any ordinary Muslim like me can declare his own property as a Waqf with a Waqfnama, and a mutawalli (trustee) is appointed, Since now his descendants loose ownership of property, this property may be a subject of various disputes. That is why govt intervenes to ensure that property is used a/t intention of Waqif or creater of Waqf which must be religious (mosques) or charitable(schools hospitals etc) in purpose.
