The Is This Poster Okay section was a little weird, as both are pretty easy things to agree with. As a non-American, I really agree with the first one. I used to work as a phone agent for an american company and was called an idiot so many times for not knowing which cities are in which states. I don't even know all the states, there are 50 of them and I don't live there! I think knowing where France is, on the other hand, is a lot more reasonable. I say this as a non-european. Now, a smaller country? That would give me trouble. But France is kinda well known.

Throughout my life I've met with various dietricians, and pretty much all of them have said the same thing about the counting thing, though atm I don't remember if it was for calories or carbs, but I'm like 87% sure it's for calories. They've all said that counting calories isn't good for you (now I feel that I have to point out that I live in Europe). You can be on a diet and not do any counting and still lose weight. Most of them also had the opinion/stance that very restrictive diets aren't good either. You can lose weight without being on a diet (will admit that it works better for some than for others). Then there was this one fitness/dietrician dude that was talking about broccoli. He said that it's basically a "super veggie" and that you can eat 1kg minimum a day and not have to worry (1kg is about 2lbs give or take), plus you can make a lot of things with it.
