I have a question…. @21:00 they pull over the Maxima for window tint too dark… but I noticed the window tint on the police vehicles was just as dark if not darker. Is there an exception to the law that allows police vehicles to have darker tint than regular citizens? Or is it just that they are police and allowed to have darker tint? Seriously curious. I do understand about the front windshield but I’ve seen them pullover people for the side windows. That’s what I’m asking about.
Yo @NickOffDuty if I see you in Miami or anything . Just know gotta get an autograph from you!! I love your content since day 1 🙌🏻

33mph over and got a warning? That’ll never happen off camera.
I was doing 110 in a 65 and got a warning. And they all cameras as it is because of bodycams and dashcams
@@Zalticwho stopped you?
Nor should it
i gunned it onto the highway right infront of a completely blacked out ohio state trooper, caught me and flicked his lights on behind me when i hit 100, warning and stop was over within 2 minutes, still am shocked
I would think it wouldn’t happen on camera. Why would they want the PD showcasing they gave a warning for a criminally charged speed?
All the years I've lived in Florida everybody knows if you get pulled over by the Florida highway patrol you're getting a ticket. This just blew my mind watching FHP give a whole bunch of warnings.
Y'know they need to look good when there's a camera filming, the video is just purely PR
I've gotten a warning before from a state trooper in Florida
Exact same thought I had thru all of this. THEY are the ones that see all of the death and destruction from aggressive driving and dui so I always understood that if it was my time for a ticket, I earned it. Think of all the times they missed me and I still came out ahead tho. 🤙🇺🇸🙏
Never gotten a warning from FHP,3 times pulled over, always a ticket
As a fellow Floridian I was shocked lol
It's crazy how they gave that lady a ticket while doing their experiment and not the guy going 33mph over the speed limit.
completely nonsense
This entire episode is nonsense. Running radar and communicating a vague vehicle description and position would not stand up in court.
Lady probably has a record of traffic violations and I bet the guy going 33 over was his first stop.
Not really. I drive for a living. I think a lot of people would be surprised at how many of those little white crosses you see on the interstate are not from people speeding but from people getting hit while sitting still on the shoulder. Happens all the time. One of our guys just got hit like that by another semi 4 days ago. The amount of people I see every day hauling ass and looking at their phones is insane. That's bad enough but you don't want that person flying by at 70 or 80mph when your standing on the shoulder. Pisses the cops off when you do that for good reason.
If you all paid attention she got a written warning... not a citation.
love when the unmarked cars go flying onto the highway and crossing multiple lanes with no blinkers and then want to call that aggressive driving and cause for a stop.
Nah it's only a problem when they say it's a problem! Otherwise we're supposed to think it's cool and get speed shots and engine sounds... These hypocrites do this all day, not just with the purpose of catching someone, even in marked vehicles.
I live near a Georgia State Patrol administrative building. This is a building for payroll, interviews, testing, etc. These guys (not all, but plenty enough to notice) are often zipping well above the 25mph residential zone around us, tailgating, making aggressive maneuvers, not using blinkers, etc. Even giving them the benefit of doubt that they are going somewhere important on the way out, what about when I see them do all that going towards and turning into the admin building?
Yes I Noticed That Too. Those Cars Are Extremely Well Equipped. BUT THEY FORGOT TO INSTALL BLINKERS IN THE FORD FACTORY 😢😮
They break the law to catch people breaking the law so they can fine them for it. Yeah that seems legit.
Sounds like someone got a ticket
There’s a difference between a trained officer doing it, and the general public that most can barely drive fast in a straight line.
Would love to see some enforcing of slow drivers in the left lane!!
Facts
They won't. Because those are the people that force you to speed up and pass them on the right. So they can give you a ticket.
Came here to post exactly this.

Underrated comment !
A warning for 96 in a 70 😮 I got a ticket for going 81 in a 70 trying to get around a Semi truck that was slinging rocks into the front of my vehicle 😐
Ya know what didn’t sit well with me? I had to click off this foolish video due to the fact of them giving a warning to a YOUNG PROBABLY RECKLESS CRIMINAL speeder DOING 30 OVER!! But decided to give the nice lady a ticket for not moving over while driving the speed limit? 😐😐 wow what a bunch of jerks for doing that lady like that… oh but the criminal speeder? Oh yea don’t worry about him that was nothing compared to the lady doing the speed limit 🤔😐 smfh 🤦♂️
Got a ticket for going 81? That’s dumb af I didn’t think they even cared about going 10 over
You didn't get pulled over while they were making a PR video. That's the difference.
@@JDdaFilmernot moving over for a emergency car while going fast ash is guaranteed ticket. Yeah sure going 90 in a 60 is crazy, but there’s definitely circumstances where I can see a warning issued especially if there was no traffic. Ohhh man fridays with frank wouldn’t be to happy with all these warnings everyone was getting 😂 especially the black mustang that was going 33 miles over the speed limit 😂
Love your content Nick! Great stuff. Thanks to all the troopers for keeping us safe out there!
Gives a warning to someone going 93 in a 60 but gives a ticket for someone not moving over lol , seems legit
I can tell you don’t live in miami lol
If you drive the speed limit here, you’re an asshole
Accidents on the side of the highway are far more lil to get someone lol then a bit of speeding.
Speeding on the Florida turnpike is completely normal and expected by everyone. Typical speeds are 55 to 80. The only reason the speed limit sign says 55mph. Is because of a really outdated traffic laws when Noone was will to accept it was okay to drive at high speeds.
Everybody speeds in miami in general.
it's their discretion
The Slow Down, Move Over segment really helps promote awareness. I’ve been driving wreckers for 28 years. I’ve lost friends and know countless others who’ve lost them too. Thank you for the spot on that. Texas recently passed legislation that makes DUI recipients who kill somebody responsible for child support of the deceased’s offspring! What a concept!
Rest in peace to those who’ve tragically lost their lives due to the ignorance of others. I don’t come from your line of work but knowing the dangers that can come with it keeps me in the furthest lane I can get to away from you folks. Stay safe out there brother, and thanks for the risks y’all take to lug our broken down asses to where we’ve got to be! Hopefully I won’t have to see y’all anytime soon though lol 🤣🤟
That actually makes sense, unlike so many other Texas laws. I mean, it mostly happens anyway in civil courts afterward but the bereaved shouldn't have to go through all that. I bet the lawyers don't like it.
and now starting Jan 1st if a car has hazards on, or if a person is outside the car, or if signage or flare( big rigs) you have to move over. A car just sitting on the side with a driver in it doesnt count,
ah 20:33 he explains it
Came across this in my recommend videos, never seen before. I enjoy this content. It was non bias good content and straight to the core of policing. Loved it. I subbed
Not sure how I got here but this show is awesome! Lots of knowledge. As a trucker that goes thru FL alot, it feels awesome knowing they're starting to see what us truckers see.
Welcome aboard!
How about enforcing the "keep right unless you're passing" laws, FHP? If left lane campers would learn some lane discipline, there would be a whole lot less aggressive driving.
What im saying is
They will take that car and bait people into racing them then pull them over. Bet.
@@Wiskeytango360 Why are you racing on the highway ? BAIT? did he hang a sign out or a gun and say you have to race me and drive like an idiot and kill innocent people ... I'll bet you own a charger ..
AND traffic
Hi... Florida LEO here.. that law is not on the books yet. The current law is poorly written and hard to enforce. Also patrol cars don't count as traffic so they can't be used as a means to enforce this.
I’m praying GTA developers see this. We need a really good mix of cop cars in the new GTA. Needs lots of under covers. The trailer showed FHP using dodge challengers which is gonna be sweet.
You gotta be joking 😂
I was an officer for several years before becoming a Deputy Sheriff which I did for 25 years retiring as a Lieutenant.. I spent a total of 31 years in Law Enforcement. While our agency did not in any way have a quota, I do know some agencies absolutely had quota's. What they called this was "Performance Objectives" or "Performance Standards". Meaning for example, you need to write 35 Tickets and 45 Warnings, (along with 2 DUI's if you are working midnight/late shift) per month. These were written in either policy or written directive's or Memorandums, and were EXPECTED performance standards meaning that's your goal minimums for the month. These were expected minimums but really they wanted much more than that. However, If you didn't meet the minimum standards set forth in written policy by the agency, you could be disciplined either in writing in your personnel folder, transfer to a Barrack far away from where you live, taking away your take home patrol car privilege, etc. I know municipal police, county police, Sheriff, and State Police and Highway Patrol agencies across the entire Country that had similar "minimum standards". They absolutely exist and to be honest, sometimes they are absolutely necessary. Sometimes you have very motivated Officers/Troopers/Deputies who need absolutely no direction or supervision whatsoever. They go out everyday on patrol and provide the citizens with 110% performance, making arrests, getting bad people off the streets, stopping violations and writing tickets to people who need reminding every once in a while and these Officers/Deputies/Troopers work at a constant level throughout their entire shift. Half the time these high performers don't even stop for a lunch break. They are just naturally exceptional performers and exceptional Officers/Deputies/Troopers. Other times you have an Officer/Deputy/Trooper that hate's writing tickets or stopping cars or working crashes, etc. and they need a more motivation so to speak. These men and women are great officers too, and they definitely are valued members of the agencies they serve but usually they are better suited for School Resource Units, Community Policing, Public relations, Traffic Homicide Investigations, or some other area they enjoy such as SWAT, K-9, Aviation, Detectives, etc. It usually takes a few years for a police officer, Deputy, Trooper, or Game Warden to really find their niche in Law Enforcement and then work towards that goal by going to on the job training, college, time in grade, etc. Once these officers find their area of expertise they like, they usually excel and become experts in their respective areas of expertise. This is the absolute fact in Law Enforcement so minimum standards is perfectly acceptable in my opinion as long as they are reasonable goals which normally they are well within acceptable standards. If you are a State Trooper, you are absolutely required by your oath of office to uphold the law and provide service to the community you serve. I ALWAYS went by that as my personal motto. Unfortunately for citizens, traffic enforcement is necessary to keep our communities and roadways safe. If there was no enforcement it would be a MAD HOUSE out there on the highways. Minimum standards are present in almost every profession. Take a Surgeon working for a hospital for example. If that Surgeon didn't perform any surgeries, obviously the hospital would get rid of them. If a person was a computer chip maker, they need to make computer chips or they'll get fired. The public expects our State Police and Highway Patrol Forces (along with local and County agencies as well) to perform at the exceptional level at all times. This means that our Troopers are going to write tickets from time to time to violators who many times need the reminder to slow down or just plain drive safe. Be careful out there everybody. Our roads are still quite dangerous and to be perfectly honest, I get scared every time I go out on the road these days. I see more CRAZY stuff out on the roads today than the entire 31 years I spent out there patrolling the highways. It's scary FOLKS! Be careful out there. Love and peace to all citizens of our great nation. Together we stand, divided we fall. Always remember that. Our great nation is the best nation on earth. Let's all work together as a people and nation to keep our nation the greatest ever. We can only do it together.
Wow great speech 👏
Very Cool! I was one of 30+ Alabama State Troopers that were issued Mustang SSP patrol cars. It was the BEST Police Pursuit vehicle at the time (1988) !!!!
I do wish the troopers would use their signals when changing lanes! Safer and lawful! Be a good example! Thanks for all you do brothers!
It’s hypocrisy at its finest
Many times they drive worse than the citizens.
I'm not sure that would be possible, all their lights are flashing, including blinkers, no?
when have you EVER seen a police officer doing the speed limit ?
It would be great if we had more of a police presence and consistent enforcement on the highways and roads in South Florida. The reckless and drunk drivers need to be kept in check.
Agreed, people drive drunk on the daily over here in swfl. Much much more in south florida

Excellent work here. This is amazing production quality.
Good stuff. But how about at 11:46 the Mustang enters the highway without a blinker, at 80-85MPH, changes two lanes without a blinker. This after just defining aggressive behavior as two moving violations at the same time. 😮
It’s a tough job. I get it. Be the example.
Are you aware law enforcement is exempt from many traffic laws when in the performance of their official duties? Are you also aware you are only required to signal a change of course in Florida if the movement is going to affect another vehicle? If there’s no traffic behind you do not have to signal. You are speaking out of pure ignorance and your dislike for law enforcement is fueling your false narrative.
@@honchojefe5611 the mustang was moving in between close traffic, he passed with no blinkers ever being enabled. His lights were not on. Cops arent exempt from traffic laws without their emergency lights on.

@@Idioticcarpet48 again law enforcement is exempt from certain traffic laws in performance if their official duties. Not moving over is more dangerous
@@CN45475debatable.

The Mustang going 90 should have gotten the court summons. He will definitely do it again.
Mustangs can handle a lot more on the highway. 90 is nothing for them

Got pulled over doing 87 in a 65 in New Jersey by state trooper. I was amazed he just gave me a verbal warning after checking the registration , license and insurance. I was in a jeep track hawk. I couldn’t believe it . I had just picked it up from getting window tint that was way to dark and couldn’t even roll the windows down. He was understanding and didn’t even mention the window tint. Whew!!
Never thought a NJ trooper would give a NY driver a break . I was amazed and grateful.
Appreciate these Troopers issuing warnings and educating people.
I refuse to believe there was not a citation issued at least to the criminal speed violators. I understand the need to boost the image of the agency and unit but this smells of warnings because the cameras are on.
the reason they're giving warnings is because they're particularly looking for aggressive drivers not just people driving fast.
@@fakenman my guy, CRIMINAL speed is considered aggressive driving. They literally tell you that in the fucking video. Some of these people were doing speeds that would be considered reckless driving by the laws definition.

Anyone who says unmarked cars is entrapment has never been told as a kid to “do the right thing when no one’s looking”.
Marked cars are a temporary deterrence.
Unmarked cars + tickets are long term results.
I’d be pissed if I was a Florida taxpayer and saw my tax dollars being wasted on these ridiculous traffic stops for egregious speed violations resulting in no more than warnings. Hell, these offenders didn’t even get a stern talking to! 😡
Could you tell me how many tax dollars were used making that traffic stop? 🤔
$200k in vehicles running premium gas to hand out warnings to obvious wreckless drivers. I’d call that a waste of taxpayer funds
Beautiful undercover Mustangs and unmarked and slicktop Chargers (incuding the ghosted Charger)! FHP out in full force to catch aggressive and reckless drivers on the highways! Great video Nick!
Doesn’t do much to catch them if they don’t get a ticket. But really, a ticket for staying in the passing lane, but let the 30 mph plus off with a warning.
guy's literally getting paid to drive a mustang, livin' the life
I want to know when the law was changed that said a police car had to be clearly marked as such.
As a citizen, I'm so happy to see officer's enforcing traffic laws...especially illegally tinted windows. It's a HUGE officer safety issue, and public safety issue. Everytime I see some nutjob raging on the roads, it usually always has tinted front and side windows (along with the tinted back windows, of course). Front and side window tints are illegal in almost all states for a good reason.
mustang does 33 mph over speed limit and gets a warning?? Is it some sort of mustang brotherhood going on here?
Actually the hood vents are for heat extraction if they are functional not for air induction
That's correct, the ramp after it creates a vacuum to help suck it out.
On Mustangs, they are functional.
Depends how they’re angled and where the opening is.
Yes they are functional, the point was they are not intakes but exhausts ;
Thank u for using your discretion. These cars are much more capable then before, and the flow of traffic should always be a consideration factor.

My job was to keep the motoring public as safe as I could.
I would have had a field day around here.
I saw one of the 5.0 unmarked driving around the Orlando area. Following behind it I slowly started to notice it was a trooper and sure enough another sports car came up and fell for it. Tried to race the trooper and got lit up pretty quick. Great way to catch some of these idiots
Watching the cops break the law to stop people breaking the law. Seems legit.
This video is a joke
They have been trained to drive that way it’s literally their job. If the people weren’t speeding they wouldn’t have to speed
Nick, we don't want to hear FHP give warnings to someone going 33 mph OVER the speed limit, we want to see tickets issued and points assessed on their license. The only way we can change bad driver behavior is by issuing TICKETS!. That is how we can change behavior. Those are some expensive Police cars driving around all to just issue "warnings".
you can just go to ticket clinic and no points assessed theyll be back speeding by the end of the month🤷🏾♂️
Believe it or not, but tickets do not mean that someone is going to change how they drive. People that tend to drive fast and reckless will not change their behavior by a ticket. Even jail time doesn't stop bad behaviors.
All the years i've lived in Fl i can say that everybody knows if you see any mustang, charger, explorer, that's a officer for sure. great job of this officers who risks his lifes everyday
